【摘要】:本課題應(yīng)用的公司是采用訂單式生產(chǎn)方式的制造型企業(yè)。隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的日益全球化,面對諸多的競爭對手,,該公司正由傳統(tǒng)的管理模式轉(zhuǎn)向全面的信息化管理。對于制造型企業(yè),車間是企業(yè)的關(guān)鍵生產(chǎn)機(jī)構(gòu),是企業(yè)的物化中心,也是大量實(shí)時(shí)制造信息的集散地。 本文是對該企業(yè)制造車間中設(shè)備與工藝能力進(jìn)行管理的系統(tǒng)。制造企業(yè)生產(chǎn)中最基本的生產(chǎn)投入為設(shè)備,生產(chǎn)過程中最基本的要素為工藝。因此設(shè)備與工藝能力的信息管理系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)對企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)管理有著十分重要的意義。 本論文首先分析了國內(nèi)外設(shè)備與工藝管理的現(xiàn)狀與發(fā)展趨勢,為系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)奠定理論基礎(chǔ);其次,研究先進(jìn)的信息化技術(shù),并利用相關(guān)的軟件工程和面向?qū)ο蟮脑O(shè)計(jì)方法,為系統(tǒng)奠定技術(shù)基礎(chǔ);再次,以客戶需求為主線,對設(shè)備與工藝相關(guān)部門進(jìn)行需求分析,為系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)提供事實(shí)依據(jù);最后,根據(jù)需求分析的結(jié)論,采用模塊獨(dú)立設(shè)計(jì)的原則,應(yīng)用.NET平臺開發(fā)了基于WEB的信息管理系統(tǒng)。 設(shè)備與工藝能力信息管理系統(tǒng)的實(shí)施可以有效的保證企業(yè)制造過程中的連續(xù)性和均衡性,提高工作效率,降低生產(chǎn)成本;是及時(shí)完成生產(chǎn)任務(wù)較為現(xiàn)代化的管理手段,更是該公司全面信息化中十分重要的一步。以最終實(shí)現(xiàn)該公司管理模式的轉(zhuǎn)化,提高企業(yè)的市場競爭力。
[Abstract]:The company that this subject applies is the manufacturing enterprise that uses order mode of production. With the globalization of economy, facing many competitors, the company is changing from traditional management mode to comprehensive information management. For manufacturing enterprises, workshop is the key production organization, the physical and chemical center of the enterprise, and the distribution center of a large amount of real-time manufacturing information. This paper is a management system of equipment and process capability in the manufacturing workshop of this enterprise. The most basic production input of manufacturing enterprise is equipment, and the most basic element of production process is process. Therefore, the development of information management system of equipment and process capability is of great significance to the production management of enterprises. This paper firstly analyzes the current situation and development trend of equipment and process management at home and abroad to lay a theoretical foundation for the design of the system, secondly, studies advanced information technology, and makes use of relevant software engineering and object-oriented design methods. Lay a technical foundation for the system; thirdly, take customer demand as the main line, the equipment and process related departments to provide a factual basis for the development of the system; finally, according to the conclusion of the demand analysis, using the principle of independent module design, The information management system based on WEB is developed based on. Net platform. The implementation of equipment and process capability information management system can effectively guarantee the continuity and balance in the manufacturing process of enterprises, improve work efficiency, reduce production costs, and is a more modern management means to complete production tasks in time. It is a very important step in the full information of the company. In order to achieve the ultimate transformation of the company's management model, improve the competitiveness of the market.
