裝載機(jī)工作裝置機(jī)構(gòu)創(chuàng)新設(shè)計(jì)方法的研究

【摘要】:鏟土運(yùn)輸機(jī)械包括推土機(jī)、裝載機(jī)、鏟運(yùn)機(jī)、平地機(jī)和運(yùn)土車等幾個(gè)重要的機(jī)種,是工程機(jī)械中范圍較大用途較廣的一個(gè)大類。在工程建筑、公共交通、電廠、碼頭、礦山等現(xiàn)場(chǎng)廣泛使用的機(jī)械就是裝載機(jī),主要原因是在滿足作業(yè)效率情況下,相對(duì)來說裝載機(jī)的性價(jià)比比較高。它可以對(duì)煤炭、巖石、硬土等物料進(jìn)行裝取、搬運(yùn)、卸料和平整散裝物料等工作。我公司是我國(guó)最早生產(chǎn)輪式裝載機(jī)的企業(yè)之一,公司決定對(duì)現(xiàn)有的機(jī)械產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行創(chuàng)新設(shè)計(jì),力求在保證產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的同時(shí),在產(chǎn)品的外觀,結(jié)構(gòu)上有新的突破。針對(duì)企業(yè)產(chǎn)品升級(jí)開發(fā)的需要,對(duì)裝載機(jī)工作裝置機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行創(chuàng)新方法研究。 本論文以獲得裝載機(jī)工作裝置機(jī)構(gòu)新型可行方案為目的,首先介紹了裝載機(jī)的發(fā)展及機(jī)構(gòu)方面的研究,提出本論文的研究方法及步驟。然后介紹了本論文所采用的結(jié)構(gòu)推理方案創(chuàng)新設(shè)計(jì)方法及機(jī)構(gòu)評(píng)價(jià)方法。對(duì)現(xiàn)有裝載機(jī)工作裝置機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了創(chuàng)新設(shè)計(jì),在充分研究機(jī)構(gòu)綜合理論的基礎(chǔ)上,將機(jī)構(gòu)綜合問題轉(zhuǎn)化為一般閉鏈機(jī)構(gòu)綜合問題處理,由現(xiàn)有機(jī)構(gòu)運(yùn)動(dòng)鏈一般化得到一個(gè)9桿11副運(yùn)動(dòng)鏈;接著運(yùn)用兩自由度運(yùn)動(dòng)鏈型綜合得到了36種不同結(jié)構(gòu)類型的9桿11副運(yùn)動(dòng)鏈;根據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)約束評(píng)價(jià)篩選出滿足約束條件的10個(gè)再生運(yùn)動(dòng)鏈;將再生運(yùn)動(dòng)鏈具體化為對(duì)應(yīng)的機(jī)構(gòu),獲得9個(gè)新型方案解。再運(yùn)用運(yùn)動(dòng)鏈拓?fù)涮匦跃仃噷?duì)得到的新型方案進(jìn)行機(jī)構(gòu)的性能評(píng)價(jià),得出評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果,真實(shí)的反映了新型方案的優(yōu)劣特征。 此機(jī)構(gòu)創(chuàng)新方法的研究使本企業(yè)對(duì)其它產(chǎn)品機(jī)構(gòu)方案的創(chuàng)新有規(guī)可循,且易于應(yīng)用和掌握,能方便地獲得可供選擇的多個(gè)方案,還能出現(xiàn)許多不同于原始機(jī)構(gòu)的結(jié)構(gòu)方案,再通過運(yùn)動(dòng)鏈拓?fù)涮匦跃仃嚨姆治龊驮u(píng)價(jià),對(duì)開發(fā)出新的機(jī)械系統(tǒng)提供了有力的工具。實(shí)踐證明,這是一種機(jī)構(gòu)方案創(chuàng)新設(shè)計(jì)的有效方法,為下一步的機(jī)構(gòu)具體部件設(shè)計(jì)奠定了良好基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:Shovel transportation machinery includes bulldozer, loader, scraper, grader and earth conveyer and so on. It is one of the most widely used engineering machinery. Loaders are widely used in engineering buildings, public transportation, power plants, wharves, mines and so on. The main reason is that the loaders have a relatively high performance-to-price ratio under the condition of satisfying the operational efficiency. It can be used for loading, handling, unloading and leveling bulk materials such as coal, rock and hard soil. Our company is one of the earliest enterprises that produce wheel loader in our country, the company decides to carry on the innovation design to the existing mechanical product, strives to guarantee the product quality at the same time, in the product appearance, the structure has the new breakthrough. According to the need of product upgrading and development of enterprises, the innovative method of loader working mechanism is studied. In order to obtain a new feasible scheme of loader working mechanism, this paper firstly introduces the development and mechanism of loader, and puts forward the research methods and steps of this paper. Then it introduces the innovative design method and mechanism evaluation method of the structure reasoning scheme adopted in this paper. On the basis of fully studying the mechanism synthesis theory, the mechanism synthesis problem is transformed into a general closed-chain mechanism synthesis problem. A kinematic chain of 9 rods and 11 pairs is obtained by generalizing the kinematic chain of the existing mechanism, and then 36 different types of kinematic chains of 9 rods and 11 pairs of motion chains are obtained by synthesizing two degrees of freedom kinematic chains. According to the design constraint evaluation, 10 reproducing motion chains satisfying the constraint conditions were selected, and 9 new scheme solutions were obtained by translating the regenerative motion chains into corresponding mechanisms. Then the mechanism performance of the new scheme is evaluated by using the kinematic chain topological characteristic matrix, and the evaluation results are obtained, which truly reflect the advantages and disadvantages of the new scheme. The research of the innovation method of this organization makes the innovation of other product organization schemes rule-based, and easy to use and master, can easily obtain a number of alternative options, but also can appear many different from the original structure of the organization. Through the analysis and evaluation of the topological characteristic matrix of the kinematic chain, a powerful tool is provided for the development of a new mechanical system. It is proved by practice that this method is an effective method for the innovative design of the mechanism scheme, and it lays a good foundation for the design of the specific components of the mechanism in the next step.
