【摘要】：對(duì)三維CAD軟件進(jìn)行的二次開(kāi)發(fā),為企業(yè)提供了專業(yè)化的產(chǎn)品軟件,在更高層面上推廣和應(yīng)用設(shè)計(jì)軟件,另一方面也提高了企業(yè)對(duì)產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計(jì)效率。軸類零件特征相似,在各個(gè)領(lǐng)域應(yīng)用廣泛。本文利用Autodesk公司開(kāi)發(fā)的三維軟件Inventor,并以其VBA程序接口開(kāi)發(fā)了軸類零件輔助設(shè)計(jì)系統(tǒng)。系統(tǒng)融入了設(shè)計(jì)者的設(shè)計(jì)理念和意圖,大大節(jié)約了設(shè)計(jì)的時(shí)間,降低了設(shè)計(jì)成本,從而提高企業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。系統(tǒng)對(duì)軸類零件的特征進(jìn)行分析,創(chuàng)建了參數(shù)化快速建模方法,并對(duì)建模結(jié)果進(jìn)行材料設(shè)定,渲染設(shè)定,最后創(chuàng)建計(jì)算分析模塊對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)結(jié)果進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)分析,從而優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)結(jié)果。最后結(jié)合實(shí)際情況,利用所開(kāi)發(fā)軟件創(chuàng)建了一根典型軸,并對(duì)結(jié)果進(jìn)行屬性設(shè)置和計(jì)算分析,證明了軟件的優(yōu)越性和實(shí)用性。
[Abstract]:The secondary development of 3D CAD software provides the specialized product software for the enterprise, popularizes and applies the design software in the higher level, on the other hand, also improves the enterprise's design efficiency to the product. Shaft parts have similar features and are widely used in various fields. In this paper, an assistant design system for shaft parts is developed by using the 3D software Inventordeveloped by Autodesk Company and its program interface. The system integrates the designer's design idea and intention, greatly saves the design time, reduces the design cost, thus enhances the enterprise's competition ability. The system analyzes the characteristics of shaft parts, establishes a fast parameterized modeling method, and sets up the material and rendering of the modeling results. Finally, a calculation and analysis module is created to analyze the structure of the design results, thereby optimizing the design results. Finally, a typical axis is created by using the developed software, and the result is set up and calculated and analyzed, which proves the superiority and practicability of the software.
