【摘要】：綠色設(shè)計作為一種環(huán)境友好型設(shè)計理念,對于社會的可持續(xù)發(fā)展具有重要意義。為了提高機電類產(chǎn)品綠色設(shè)計的效率,以TRIZ發(fā)明問題解決理論中的沖突解決原理為基礎(chǔ),結(jié)合綠色設(shè)計理論,通過分析大量機電類產(chǎn)品的綠色設(shè)計實例以及產(chǎn)品的環(huán)境屬性,創(chuàng)建綠色設(shè)計類型與TRIZ標準工程參數(shù)關(guān)聯(lián)表,縮小表達沖突的參數(shù)范圍,并建立基于TRIZ的機電產(chǎn)品綠色設(shè)計沖突解決模型,最后用傳統(tǒng)自行車傳動系統(tǒng)的綠色設(shè)計實例來驗證該沖突解決模型的可行性。
[Abstract]:As an environmental friendly design concept, green design is of great significance to the sustainable development of society. In order to improve the efficiency of green design of mechanical and electrical products, based on the conflict resolution theory of Triz invention problem solving theory, combined with green design theory, a large number of examples of green design of mechanical and electrical products and the environmental properties of products are analyzed. Creating the associated table of green design type and Triz standard engineering parameter, reducing the parameter range of expressing conflict, and establishing the model of solving green design conflict of electromechanical products based on Triz. Finally, a green design example of traditional bicycle transmission system is used to verify the feasibility of the model.
