【摘要】：在混流裝配線中,需求波動(dòng)會(huì)造成工位負(fù)荷的變化并可能產(chǎn)生過(guò)載,利用多能工協(xié)助裝配是解決過(guò)載問(wèn)題的常見(jiàn)方法.多能工的引入會(huì)改變裝配線平衡的約束,同時(shí)平衡方案也會(huì)影響應(yīng)對(duì)需求波動(dòng)所需的多能工數(shù)量,然而現(xiàn)有的平衡研究還沒(méi)有討論過(guò)多能工帶來(lái)的影響.本文研究了使用多能工應(yīng)對(duì)需求變化的混裝線平衡問(wèn)題,決策者需要決定多能工和普通工人的數(shù)量及任務(wù)分配.以最小化人工成本并滿足不同情境的需求.文章建立了數(shù)學(xué)模型,分析了問(wèn)題的復(fù)雜性和成本下界,并提出了啟發(fā)式和精確算法來(lái)求解,最后使用數(shù)值實(shí)驗(yàn)證明了算法的有效性.
[Abstract]:In the mixed-flow assembly line, the fluctuation of demand will cause the change of the work station load and may lead to overload. The common method to solve the overload problem is to use the multi-energy engineering to assist the assembly. The introduction of multiplex will change the constraints of assembly line balance, and the balance scheme will also affect the number of multijobs needed to cope with the fluctuation of demand. However, the existing balance studies have not discussed the impact of excessive energy work. In this paper, we study the problem of mixed assembly line balance using multifunctional workers to cope with changing demand. The decision makers need to decide the number and task allocation of multifunctional workers and ordinary workers. To minimize labor costs and meet the needs of different situations. In this paper, a mathematical model is established, the complexity of the problem and the lower bound of cost are analyzed, and a heuristic and accurate algorithm is proposed to solve the problem. Finally, the validity of the algorithm is proved by numerical experiments.
