【摘要】:本課題源于一個(gè)實(shí)際科研項(xiàng)目。該項(xiàng)目主要是研制液壓元件/傳動(dòng)部件綜合性能試驗(yàn)系統(tǒng)。試驗(yàn)內(nèi)容包括典型液壓閥、液壓泵、液壓馬達(dá)、液壓缸和專(zhuān)用傳動(dòng)部件的動(dòng)、靜態(tài)性能試驗(yàn)。該試驗(yàn)系統(tǒng)結(jié)合了液壓傳動(dòng)、自動(dòng)控制、信號(hào)檢測(cè)、數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)設(shè)計(jì)、工控機(jī)和PLC系統(tǒng)等多項(xiàng)技術(shù)。本課題負(fù)責(zé)人機(jī)交互設(shè)計(jì)與數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)設(shè)計(jì)。 對(duì)于試驗(yàn)系統(tǒng)來(lái)說(shuō),人機(jī)界面設(shè)計(jì)和數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)設(shè)計(jì)是整個(gè)項(xiàng)目中的重要一環(huán),其意義關(guān)系到整個(gè)項(xiàng)目的質(zhì)量,一定要做好這項(xiàng)工作。 本論文首先介紹了目前常用人機(jī)交互與數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)軟件設(shè)計(jì)平臺(tái)的方法,并選擇適合本試驗(yàn)的方法;其次,人機(jī)交互設(shè)計(jì)與數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)設(shè)計(jì)都是以試驗(yàn)規(guī)程為出發(fā)點(diǎn)。在這里以液壓缸試驗(yàn)規(guī)程為例詳細(xì)說(shuō)明人機(jī)交互界面和數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的設(shè)計(jì)依據(jù)。依據(jù)試驗(yàn)規(guī)程,用WinCC完成了人機(jī)界面設(shè)計(jì)。其中包括登錄界面、主界面(用于選擇試驗(yàn))、各試驗(yàn)單元界面。人機(jī)交互實(shí)現(xiàn)的功能有用戶(hù)管理功能、試驗(yàn)系統(tǒng)動(dòng)態(tài)顯示、試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)的處理、試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)的存儲(chǔ)。WinCC與PLC之間的通訊是人機(jī)交互的基礎(chǔ),通訊方式是設(shè)置相應(yīng)的過(guò)程變量。 在數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)設(shè)計(jì)中,本文以Access為軟件平臺(tái),根據(jù)試驗(yàn)需要建立相應(yīng)的Access表。在數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)設(shè)計(jì)中,本文利用VB6.0訪問(wèn)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的方法,采用VB中的控件實(shí)現(xiàn)WinCC中報(bào)表打印、歷史數(shù)據(jù)查詢(xún)和系統(tǒng)管理功能。 完成人機(jī)交互與數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)設(shè)計(jì)后,在試驗(yàn)室內(nèi)對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了調(diào)試,初步驗(yàn)證了上述設(shè)計(jì)的可行性。
[Abstract]:This subject originates from a practical scientific research project. The project is mainly to develop hydraulic components / transmission components comprehensive performance test system. Test contents include dynamic and static performance tests of typical hydraulic valves, hydraulic pumps, hydraulic motors, hydraulic cylinders and special transmission components. The test system combines hydraulic transmission, automatic control, signal detection, database design, industrial control computer and PLC system. This subject is responsible for the design of human-computer interaction and database. For the test system, the design of man-machine interface and database is an important part of the whole project, and its significance is related to the quality of the whole project. Firstly, this paper introduces the methods of human-computer interaction and database software design platform, and selects the method suitable for the experiment. Secondly, the human-computer interaction design and database design are based on the test rules. The design basis of man-machine interface and database is explained in detail by taking hydraulic cylinder test procedure as an example. According to the test rules, the man-machine interface is designed with WinCC. These include login interface, main interface (for selecting test), each test unit interface. The functions of man-machine interaction are user management, dynamic display of test system, processing of test data, communication between WinCC and PLC is the basis of man-machine interaction, and the communication mode is to set corresponding process variables. In the database design, this paper takes Access as the software platform and establishes the corresponding Access table according to the need of experiment. In the design of database, this paper uses VB6.0 to access the database, and adopts the control of VB to realize the functions of report printing, historical data query and system management in WinCC. After completing the design of human-computer interaction and database, the system was debugged in the laboratory, and the feasibility of the above design was preliminarily verified.
