網(wǎng)絡(luò)化制造環(huán)境下ERP生產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng)的研究

【摘要】:隨著網(wǎng)絡(luò)化技術(shù)的發(fā)展,網(wǎng)絡(luò)化制造已成為分布式企業(yè)突破空間地域?qū)ιa(chǎn)方式和經(jīng)營(yíng)范圍的約束,實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)資源的優(yōu)化重組,實(shí)現(xiàn)覆蓋產(chǎn)品整個(gè)生命周期的業(yè)務(wù)活動(dòng),提高企業(yè)對(duì)市場(chǎng)的快速響應(yīng)能力和市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)能力。ERP管理系統(tǒng)雖然融入現(xiàn)代管理思想,全面地集成了企業(yè)各部門(mén)的資源信息,為企業(yè)提供決策、計(jì)劃、控制與經(jīng)營(yíng)業(yè)績(jī)?cè)u(píng)估的全方位和系統(tǒng)化的管理平臺(tái),但是在網(wǎng)絡(luò)化制造模式下明顯不能滿(mǎn)足生產(chǎn)要求。 在分析企業(yè)資源計(jì)劃系統(tǒng)和網(wǎng)絡(luò)化制造環(huán)境下ERP系統(tǒng)發(fā)展趨勢(shì)的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了研究網(wǎng)絡(luò)化制造環(huán)境下ERP生產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng)的必要性。結(jié)合教育部科學(xué)技術(shù)研究項(xiàng)目,對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)化制造環(huán)境下的ERP生產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng)的生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃與作業(yè)調(diào)度技術(shù)進(jìn)行了研究,解決了網(wǎng)絡(luò)化制造環(huán)境下各成員結(jié)合自身的生產(chǎn)能力規(guī)劃和物料需求計(jì)劃等關(guān)鍵核心資源,制定相應(yīng)的生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃問(wèn)題,更好的實(shí)現(xiàn)聯(lián)盟生產(chǎn)制造,快速地響應(yīng)市場(chǎng)機(jī)遇。 通過(guò)結(jié)合網(wǎng)絡(luò)化制造模式的特點(diǎn),對(duì)聯(lián)盟中的盟員企業(yè)中生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃的制定,與生產(chǎn)能力計(jì)劃、物料需求計(jì)劃等關(guān)鍵資源的平衡過(guò)程。任務(wù)分配到車(chē)間的作業(yè)計(jì)劃,以及生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃實(shí)施過(guò)程中的調(diào)度問(wèn)題。建立了網(wǎng)絡(luò)化制造環(huán)境下ERP生產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng)的生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃體系。 對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)化制造環(huán)境下的ERP系統(tǒng)的生產(chǎn)管理進(jìn)行了研究,實(shí)現(xiàn)了盟員企業(yè)間任務(wù)管理的集成,有效地完成了聯(lián)盟企業(yè)內(nèi)部生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃和聯(lián)盟子任務(wù)的集成.解決了網(wǎng)絡(luò)聯(lián)盟企業(yè)通過(guò)網(wǎng)絡(luò)制定相應(yīng)的生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃,以及下達(dá)車(chē)間后的作業(yè)計(jì)劃。提出了在作業(yè)計(jì)劃中所采用的調(diào)度方法,解決沖突消解的策略。 在以上所研究的理論基礎(chǔ)上,以ASP.NET為工具完成了網(wǎng)絡(luò)化制造環(huán)境下ERP生產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng)的原型系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)開(kāi)發(fā)。
[Abstract]:With the development of network technology, networked manufacturing has become a distributed enterprise to break through the constraints of spatial region on the mode of production and business scope, to realize the optimization and reorganization of enterprise resources, and to realize the business activities covering the whole life cycle of products. Improving the enterprise's ability to respond to the market and market competition. ERP management system integrates the modern management idea, integrates the resources information of various departments of the enterprise, and provides the decision and plan for the enterprise. A comprehensive and systematic management platform for controlling and evaluating the performance of operations, but it can not meet the requirements of production obviously in the networked manufacturing mode. Based on the analysis of the development trend of ERP system in the enterprise resource planning system and the networked manufacturing environment, the development trend of ERP system in the networked manufacturing environment is analyzed. The necessity of studying ERP production management system in networked manufacturing environment is put forward. Combined with the scientific and technological research project of the Ministry of Education, the production planning and job scheduling technology of ERP production management system in networked manufacturing environment is studied. In the networked manufacturing environment, each member combines the key core resources, such as production capacity planning and material requirement planning, to formulate the corresponding production planning problem, so as to better realize the alliance production and manufacturing. By combining the characteristics of networked manufacturing model, the process of making production plan and balancing key resources such as production capacity plan, material requirement plan and so on is discussed. Tasks assigned to the job plan of the workshop, and scheduling issues during the implementation of the production plan. The production planning system of ERP production management system in networked manufacturing environment is established, the production management of ERP system in networked manufacturing environment is studied, and the integration of task management among allied enterprises is realized. The integration of the internal production plan and the sub-task of the alliance is accomplished effectively. Solve the network alliance enterprise through the network to formulate the corresponding production plan, as well as the job plan after the workshop. The scheduling method used in job planning is put forward to resolve the conflict. Based on the above theory, the prototype system of ERP production management system in networked manufacturing environment is designed and developed with ASP. Net as a tool.
