【摘要】:機(jī)電設(shè)備是制造性企業(yè)不可或缺的生產(chǎn)資源。維持設(shè)備可靠運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)是維持生產(chǎn)活動(dòng)平穩(wěn)有序進(jìn)行的基礎(chǔ)。生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中的設(shè)備不可避免會(huì)出現(xiàn)各種故障。隨著客戶需求的變化,新產(chǎn)品研發(fā)效率的提高,現(xiàn)代企業(yè)所用的設(shè)備效率越來(lái)越高,設(shè)備故障的危害也越來(lái)越大。這些都 給現(xiàn)代企業(yè)設(shè)備管理維護(hù)提出了新的挑戰(zhàn)。本文以S企業(yè)主要機(jī)電生產(chǎn)設(shè)備為研究對(duì)象,通過(guò)對(duì)設(shè)備故障數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行研究,分析了設(shè)備可靠性研究的幾種理論和方法,,從中選取兩參數(shù)威布爾函數(shù)建立設(shè)備可靠性數(shù)學(xué)模型;建立BP神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò),結(jié)合設(shè)備的可靠性、設(shè)備使用率、設(shè)備精度狀態(tài)、設(shè)備復(fù)雜程度、設(shè)備使用年限等因素,對(duì)企業(yè)的主要生產(chǎn)設(shè)備進(jìn)行綜合評(píng)估,篩選出次年需要大修理的設(shè)備;最終再結(jié)合企業(yè)的維修預(yù)算和設(shè)備質(zhì)量、經(jīng)濟(jì)性等目標(biāo),采用遺傳算法求解,得到機(jī)電設(shè)備維修選擇策略。為企業(yè)提供了一種可行的大型生產(chǎn)設(shè)備的大修理計(jì)劃決策方法,也避免了以往靠決策者經(jīng)驗(yàn)選擇可能造成的失誤。
[Abstract]:Electromechanical equipment is an indispensable production resource for manufacturing enterprises. Maintaining the reliable operation of the equipment is the basis for the smooth and orderly operation of production activities. Equipment in the production process will inevitably have a variety of failures. With the change of customer demand and the improvement of R & D efficiency of new products, the efficiency of equipment used in modern enterprises is becoming higher and higher, and the harm of equipment failure is becoming more and more serious. These all put forward new challenge to modern enterprise equipment management and maintenance. This paper takes the main electromechanical production equipment in S enterprise as the research object, through the research on the equipment fault data, analyzes several theories and methods of the equipment reliability research, and selects the two-parameter Weibull function to establish the equipment reliability mathematical model. The BP neural network is established to evaluate the main production equipment of the enterprise by combining the reliability of the equipment, the utilization rate of the equipment, the precision state of the equipment, the complexity of the equipment, the service life of the equipment, and so on. Finally, combining the maintenance budget, equipment quality and economy of the enterprise, genetic algorithm is used to solve the problem, and the maintenance selection strategy of electromechanical equipment is obtained. It provides a feasible decision method for large-scale production equipment repair plan, and avoids the mistakes caused by the experience of decision makers in the past.
