礦用永磁磁力耦合器設(shè)計(jì)理論及實(shí)驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:本文運(yùn)用磁力驅(qū)動(dòng)技術(shù)、材料技術(shù)、電磁場(chǎng)與機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)等理論,確定了礦用磁力耦合器的基本結(jié)構(gòu);詳細(xì)研究了導(dǎo)體盤、永磁體盤間相對(duì)運(yùn)動(dòng)產(chǎn)生渦流的原因、磁場(chǎng)分布特點(diǎn)、推導(dǎo)出了轉(zhuǎn)矩輸出的基本規(guī)律;應(yīng)用Matlab、Ansoft maxwell軟件,計(jì)算分析了不同參數(shù)對(duì)磁感應(yīng)強(qiáng)度、傳遞轉(zhuǎn)矩、輸出功率的影響規(guī)律;設(shè)計(jì)搭建了測(cè)試平臺(tái),實(shí)驗(yàn)得出了氣隙、銅盤厚度、磁鐵厚度、磁極面積與對(duì)數(shù)對(duì)磁力耦合器機(jī)械和工作特性的影響關(guān)系,優(yōu)化確定了40KW礦用永磁磁力耦合器的設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù);研制出了樣機(jī),,完成了工況條件下礦用磁力耦合器機(jī)械和工作特性的測(cè)試,驗(yàn)證了其具備較好的軟啟動(dòng)和過載保護(hù)性能,完全具有驅(qū)動(dòng)風(fēng)機(jī)類和恒轉(zhuǎn)矩負(fù)載能力,為其在煤礦生產(chǎn)中推廣應(yīng)用和更大功率礦用永磁磁力耦合器開發(fā)提供了實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:Based on the theory of magnetic drive technology , material technology , electromagnetic field and mechanical design , the basic structure of magnetic coupler for mine is determined .
The reason of eddy current and the distribution of magnetic field are studied in detail , and the basic law of torque output is deduced .
By using Matlab and Ansoft maxwell software , the effects of different parameters on the magnetic induction intensity , transmission torque and output power are analyzed .
The test platform was designed , and the influence relation between the air gap , the thickness of the copper plate , the thickness of the magnet , the area of the magnetic pole and the logarithm of the logarithm on the mechanical and working characteristics of the magnetic coupler was obtained , and the design parameters of the 40KW permanent magnet magnetic coupler were optimized .
A prototype is developed to test the mechanical and operational characteristics of the magnetic coupler under the condition of working conditions . It has verified that it has better soft start and overload protection performance , and has the capability of driving the fan and constant torque load , and provides the experimental design basis for the application of the magnetic coupler in coal mine production and the development of the high - power magnetic coupler .
