【摘要】：模塊化生產(chǎn)是在對產(chǎn)品進行市場預測、功能分析的基礎(chǔ)上,劃分并設(shè)計出一系列通用的功能模塊。根據(jù)用戶的要求,對這些模塊進行選擇和組合,構(gòu)成的具有不同功能或相同功能,但性能不同、規(guī)格不同的產(chǎn)品。 減速機的模塊化設(shè)計生產(chǎn)是減速機系列優(yōu)化的重要組成部分,是實現(xiàn)積木式組合設(shè)計生產(chǎn)的基礎(chǔ)和前提。模塊化產(chǎn)品是實現(xiàn)以大批量的效益為前提,進行單件生產(chǎn)目標的一種有效方法。通過模塊的選擇和組合構(gòu)成不同的顧客定制的產(chǎn)品,以滿足市場的不同需求。從而迅速占領(lǐng)市場,實現(xiàn)客戶與企業(yè)雙贏的生產(chǎn)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。 SEW公司的生存及發(fā)展要求公司開發(fā)出優(yōu)秀的產(chǎn)品,能夠快速的組織生產(chǎn),生產(chǎn)出多方需求的高質(zhì)量的產(chǎn)品。公司在發(fā)展過程中正是秉承和追求著一目標,模塊化設(shè)計生產(chǎn)正體現(xiàn)了這一產(chǎn)品策略。 論文以SEW公司的由小到大的輝煌的發(fā)展歷程出發(fā),列舉了公司的系列產(chǎn)品,展現(xiàn)了公司經(jīng)營范圍的廣泛和高質(zhì)量品質(zhì)。通過SEW減速機的在市場上的廣泛應(yīng)用,更加突出了SEW公司作為龍頭老大地位的實力。 論文對SEW公司模塊化生產(chǎn)的產(chǎn)品戰(zhàn)略、模塊化產(chǎn)品特點、分類進行了闡述。利用SWOT理論詳細地分析了SEW企業(yè)內(nèi)部優(yōu)勢與弱點和企業(yè)外部機會與威脅。并對國內(nèi)外重點企業(yè)的模塊化產(chǎn)品進行了介紹,通過國內(nèi)外減速機的產(chǎn)品對比指出國內(nèi)減速機存在的差距和原因,從而得出模塊化生產(chǎn)在企業(yè)管理中的重要性。 最后論文展示未來我國良好經(jīng)濟發(fā)展前景,昭示出減速機行業(yè)必將蓬勃的發(fā)展。模塊化生產(chǎn)的特點和優(yōu)勢體現(xiàn)了多變的市場需求,減速機的模塊系統(tǒng)是其發(fā)展必然趨勢。
[Abstract]:Modular production is based on market prediction and functional analysis of products, and a series of general functional modules are designed and divided. According to the requirements of users, these modules are selected and combined, which have different functions or the same functions, but have different performance and different specifications. The modularization design and production of the reducer is an important part of the series optimization of the reducer, and is the foundation and premise of the design and production of the building block type combination design and production. Modular product is an effective method to realize the goal of single-piece production on the premise of mass benefit. Through the selection and combination of modules to form different custom-made products to meet the different needs of the market. So as to quickly occupy the market, to achieve customer and enterprise-win-win production development strategy. The survival and development of SEW require the company to develop excellent products, to be able to quickly organize production and produce high quality products with various requirements. In the process of development, the company is adhering to and pursuing a goal, modular design and production is the embodiment of this product strategy. Based on the brilliant development course of SEW Company, this paper enumerates the series of products of the company and shows the wide range and high quality of the company. Through the wide application of SEW reducer in the market, more prominent SEW company as the leading position of the strength. The product strategy, characteristics and classification of modular production of SEW Company are described in this paper. Based on SWOT theory, this paper analyzes the internal strengths and weaknesses of SEW enterprises and the external opportunities and threats. The modularization products of key enterprises at home and abroad are introduced, and the differences and causes of domestic reducers are pointed out by comparing the products of domestic and foreign reducers, and the importance of modular production in enterprise management is obtained. Finally, the paper shows the prospect of China's good economic development in the future, indicating that the speed reducer industry will flourish. The characteristics and advantages of modular production reflect the changeable market demand, and the modular system of the reducer is the inevitable trend of its development.
