【摘要】：針對(duì)高速主軸滾子軸承工況特點(diǎn)建立油氣潤(rùn)滑下的滾子軸承擬靜力學(xué)模型,通過具體算例分析了轉(zhuǎn)速、載荷等工況條件以及軸承游隙和空心滾子等因素對(duì)滾子軸承的動(dòng)態(tài)性能的影響,并在此基礎(chǔ)上結(jié)合Lundberg壽命理論計(jì)算相關(guān)參數(shù)對(duì)滾子軸承疲勞壽命的影響。結(jié)果表明:高速輕載工況下軸承打滑比較嚴(yán)重,通過施加適量的預(yù)載荷或者使用空心滾子可以減小軸承的打滑,然而過大的預(yù)載荷會(huì)導(dǎo)致軸承疲勞壽命迅速降低;高速下空心滾子可以減輕滾子軸承打滑程度并提高軸承疲勞壽命。
[Abstract]:According to the working condition characteristics of high-speed spindle roller bearing, the pseudostatics model of roller bearing under oil and gas lubrication is established, and the rotational speed of roller bearing is analyzed by an example. The dynamic performance of roller bearing is influenced by load and other working conditions, such as bearing clearance and hollow roller. Based on this, the influence of relevant parameters on the fatigue life of roller bearing is calculated based on Lundberg life theory. The results show that the sliding of bearing is more serious under the condition of high speed and light load. The sliding of bearing can be reduced by applying proper preload or using hollow roller, however, the fatigue life of bearing will decrease rapidly when the preload is too large. High-speed hollow roller can reduce roller bearing slip and improve bearing fatigue life.
