回轉(zhuǎn)接頭耐久性試驗液壓加載方法及系統(tǒng)

【摘要】:為了測試回轉(zhuǎn)接頭的內(nèi)泄漏、外泄漏、及回轉(zhuǎn)接頭各零件的強度,根據(jù)回轉(zhuǎn)接頭的加載要求,確定了回轉(zhuǎn)接頭的液壓加載方法,采用了壓降法測量回轉(zhuǎn)接頭的微小內(nèi)泄漏,并推導了內(nèi)泄漏量計算公式,提高了測量準確度、縮短了試驗時間。構(gòu)建了回轉(zhuǎn)接頭液壓加載系統(tǒng),采用高壓發(fā)生器使回轉(zhuǎn)接頭高壓通道壓力長時間穩(wěn)定在42 MPa,同時系統(tǒng)可以對回轉(zhuǎn)接頭高壓通道、低壓通道進行循環(huán)冷卻,避免了回轉(zhuǎn)接頭溫升過高,驅(qū)動電機卡死。系統(tǒng)滿足耐久性試驗對回轉(zhuǎn)接頭加載的要求,為國內(nèi)回轉(zhuǎn)接頭耐久性試驗方法及設(shè)備研究提供了參考。
[Abstract]:In order to test the internal leakage, external leakage and the strength of the parts of the rotary joint, the hydraulic loading method of the rotary joint is determined according to the loading requirements of the rotary joint. The pressure drop method is used to measure the tiny internal leakage of the rotary joint. The calculation formula of internal leakage is deduced, which improves the accuracy of measurement and shortens the test time. The hydraulic loading system of the rotary joint is constructed. The pressure of the high pressure channel of the rotary joint can be stabilized at 42 MPa for a long time by using a high pressure generator. At the same time, the system can cycle cooling the high pressure channel and the low pressure channel of the rotary joint. Avoid too high temperature rise of rotary joint, drive motor stuck. The system meets the requirements of durability test for rotary joint loading and provides a reference for the research of domestic test method and equipment of rotary joint durability.
