環(huán)面蝸桿副在膨脹機(jī)中的應(yīng)用與研究

【摘要】:隨著工業(yè)的快速發(fā)展,節(jié)能問題越來越受到人們的關(guān)注。我國(guó)工業(yè)的各個(gè)領(lǐng)域中存在大量的小規(guī)模余熱資源,合理的利用這部分能源,對(duì)于提高我國(guó)能源利用率,,改善我國(guó)余熱資源利用技術(shù)缺乏的現(xiàn)狀具有重要的意義。螺桿膨脹機(jī)能夠回收低品位熱能并直接轉(zhuǎn)換成電能,是一種在當(dāng)前能源利用領(lǐng)域重大突破性的新型動(dòng)力機(jī)。推廣螺桿膨脹機(jī)對(duì)我國(guó)的國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)和能源戰(zhàn)略產(chǎn)生深遠(yuǎn)的影響,可以將我國(guó)能源的利用效率提高到一個(gè)全新水平。 單螺桿膨脹機(jī)具有理想的力平衡,且具有結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單,噪音低等優(yōu)點(diǎn),其開發(fā)研究生產(chǎn)備受人們關(guān)注。在單螺桿膨脹機(jī)在制造過程中,最重要的也是最難的就是蝸桿和星輪構(gòu)成的嚙合副的的制造加工。而這對(duì)嚙合副實(shí)質(zhì)上是參數(shù)相當(dāng)特殊的高精度環(huán)面蝸桿副。本文根據(jù)環(huán)面蝸桿副的基本原理,結(jié)合單螺桿膨脹機(jī)的特點(diǎn),分析環(huán)面蝸桿副在單螺桿膨脹機(jī)中的應(yīng)用,在前人的基礎(chǔ)上,主要完成以下工作: (1)分析單螺桿膨脹機(jī)嚙合副的型線,結(jié)合環(huán)面蝸桿傳動(dòng)的基本原理,確定單螺桿膨脹機(jī)的嚙合副; (2)根據(jù)空間嚙合理論,建立螺桿和星輪的數(shù)學(xué)模型,推導(dǎo)螺桿和星輪的齒面方程。根據(jù)所推導(dǎo)的齒面方程,確定空間瞬時(shí)螺桿諸齒槽前、槽后齒面方程和星輪各嚙合齒的齒面方程; (3)運(yùn)用Inventor三維軟件對(duì)螺桿和星輪進(jìn)行實(shí)體建模,并運(yùn)用MATLAB軟件對(duì)所建的模型校對(duì),分析螺桿和星輪的齒面; (4)基于有限元法的基本理論,運(yùn)用ANSYS分析軟件對(duì)單螺桿膨脹機(jī)嚙合副進(jìn)行有限元模態(tài)分析,分析螺桿和星輪的固有頻率和相對(duì)應(yīng)的臨界轉(zhuǎn)速,為整機(jī)的動(dòng)態(tài)性能分析奠定基礎(chǔ)。 (5)研究螺桿和星輪的加工技術(shù)和加工原理,完成螺桿和星輪的實(shí)際加工。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of industry, people pay more and more attention to the problem of energy saving. There are a large number of small scale waste heat resources in all fields of industry in our country. The rational utilization of this part of energy is of great significance to improve the energy utilization efficiency and to improve the present situation of the lack of technology for the utilization of waste heat resources in our country. Screw expander can recover low grade heat energy and convert it directly into electric energy. It is a new type of power engine which is a great breakthrough in the field of energy utilization at present. The promotion of screw expander has a profound influence on the national economy and energy strategy of our country and can raise the energy utilization efficiency to a new level. Single screw expander has many advantages such as ideal force balance, simple structure, low noise and so on. In the manufacturing process of single screw expander, the most important and the most difficult is the manufacture of the meshing pair composed of worm and star wheel. This pair of meshing pairs is essentially a high precision toroidal worm pair with very special parameters. According to the basic principle of toroidal worm pair and the characteristics of single screw expander, the application of toroidal worm pair in single screw expander is analyzed in this paper. 1) analyzing the profile of the meshing pair of the single screw expander and determining the meshing pair of the single screw expander combined with the basic principle of the toroidal worm gearing. According to the theory of space meshing, the mathematical model of screw and star wheel is established, and the tooth surface equation of screw and star wheel is deduced. According to the equation of tooth surface, the equation of tooth surface in front and back slot of space instantaneous screw and the equation of tooth surface of each meshing tooth of star wheel are determined. (3) the solid model of screw and star wheel is modeled by Inventor software, and the tooth surface of screw and star wheel is analyzed by MATLAB software. Based on the basic theory of finite element method, the finite element modal analysis of the meshing pair of single screw expander is carried out by using ANSYS software. The natural frequency and the corresponding critical speed of screw and star wheel are analyzed, which lays a foundation for the dynamic performance analysis of the whole machine. The processing technology and principle of screw and star wheel are studied, and the actual processing of screw and star wheel is completed.
