【摘要】：在二十一世紀(jì)的第一個(gè)十年里,伴隨著中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的穩(wěn)健增長(zhǎng)我國(guó)工程機(jī)械行業(yè)得到了迅猛發(fā)展,同時(shí)日趨多變的市場(chǎng)環(huán)境和全球化競(jìng)爭(zhēng)也對(duì)我國(guó)工程機(jī)械制造企業(yè)的環(huán)境適應(yīng)性提出了更高的要求。 筑養(yǎng)護(hù)機(jī)械是工程機(jī)械行業(yè)的一個(gè)重要分支,產(chǎn)品具有品種多、數(shù)量少的特點(diǎn),企業(yè)規(guī)模以中小型為主。我國(guó)筑養(yǎng)護(hù)機(jī)械行業(yè)經(jīng)過(guò)數(shù)十年的發(fā)展,已經(jīng)打下了較為堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ),但目前我國(guó)的多數(shù)筑養(yǎng)護(hù)機(jī)械制造企業(yè)仍然存在著生產(chǎn)專業(yè)化程度低、研發(fā)能力弱、信息化程度低、生產(chǎn)柔性差、市場(chǎng)反應(yīng)遲緩等弱點(diǎn)。面對(duì)難以預(yù)測(cè)、迅速改變的市場(chǎng)以及用戶個(gè)性化和多樣化的需求,我國(guó)筑養(yǎng)護(hù)機(jī)械企業(yè)應(yīng)如何調(diào)整自身來(lái)應(yīng)對(duì)這些挑戰(zhàn),是擺在我國(guó)筑養(yǎng)護(hù)機(jī)械企業(yè)面前的一個(gè)現(xiàn)實(shí)的問(wèn)題。 敏捷制造是一種全新的制造模式,實(shí)施敏捷制造有利于企業(yè)對(duì)迅速改變的市場(chǎng)需求做出快速響應(yīng),快速地生產(chǎn)出顧客滿意的產(chǎn)品。根據(jù)我國(guó)的筑養(yǎng)護(hù)機(jī)械產(chǎn)品和制造企業(yè)的自身特點(diǎn),研究企業(yè)的敏捷性并相應(yīng)地實(shí)施敏捷化改造戰(zhàn)略,提高企業(yè)的敏捷性,對(duì)于促進(jìn)我國(guó)筑養(yǎng)護(hù)機(jī)械制造企業(yè)的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展很有意義。 本文介紹了敏捷制造的理論體系和制造企業(yè)敏捷性的研究方法。結(jié)合我國(guó)筑養(yǎng)護(hù)機(jī)械制造企業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀提出實(shí)施敏捷制造的必要性。以F筑養(yǎng)護(hù)機(jī)械公司為研究對(duì)象,通過(guò)對(duì)F筑養(yǎng)護(hù)機(jī)械公司的敏捷性的具體分析,確定了F筑養(yǎng)護(hù)機(jī)械公司敏捷化的改造戰(zhàn)略。然后具體研究了F筑養(yǎng)護(hù)機(jī)械公司在產(chǎn)品研發(fā)、制造技術(shù)、管理模式、信息化、營(yíng)銷模式、技術(shù)改造幾個(gè)方面進(jìn)行敏捷化改造的具體內(nèi)容,并對(duì)敏捷化改造的效果進(jìn)行了跟蹤驗(yàn)證。
[Abstract]:In the first decade of the 21 century, with the steady growth of Chinese economy, the construction machinery industry of our country has developed rapidly. At the same time, the increasingly changeable market environment and global competition also put forward higher requirements for the environmental adaptability of Chinese construction machinery manufacturing enterprises. Construction and maintenance machinery is an important branch of construction machinery industry. After decades of development, China's construction and maintenance machinery industry has laid a relatively solid foundation, but at present most of our country's construction and maintenance machinery manufacturing enterprises still have a low degree of production specialization, R & D capacity is weak, information level is low. Weak production flexibility, slow market response and other weaknesses. In the face of the unpredictable and rapidly changing market and the individualized and diversified demands of users, it is a realistic problem for Chinese construction and maintenance machinery enterprises to adjust themselves to meet these challenges. Agile manufacturing is a new manufacturing model. The implementation of agile manufacturing can help enterprises to respond to the rapidly changing market demand and quickly produce products satisfied with customers. According to the characteristics of our country's building and maintenance machinery products and manufacturing enterprises, the agility of enterprises is studied, and the agile transformation strategy is implemented accordingly to improve the agility of enterprises. It is of great significance to promote the further development of construction and maintenance machinery manufacturing enterprises in China. This paper introduces the theory system of agile manufacturing and the research method of agility of manufacturing enterprises. The necessity of implementing agile manufacturing is put forward in combination with the present situation of China's construction and maintenance machinery manufacturing enterprises. Taking F building maintenance machinery company as the research object, the agility of F building maintenance machinery company is analyzed, and the agility transformation strategy of F building maintenance machinery company is determined. Then the specific content of Agile transformation in product research and development, manufacturing technology, management mode, information, marketing mode and technical transformation of F Building maintenance Machinery Company is studied concretely. The effect of Agile transformation is verified by tracking.
