【摘要】：變胞機(jī)構(gòu)是由英國(guó)倫敦大學(xué)的戴建生與Ree Jones于1998年在亞特蘭大召開(kāi)的ASME第25屆機(jī)構(gòu)學(xué)雙年會(huì)上提出的。變胞機(jī)構(gòu)是一種可高度展開(kāi)、折疊的機(jī)構(gòu),具有構(gòu)態(tài)變化和自動(dòng)組合等特點(diǎn),能在不同的狀態(tài)下改變機(jī)構(gòu)有效桿件的數(shù)目從而提供不同的自由度數(shù),自動(dòng)組合出新的機(jī)構(gòu),以適應(yīng)不同功能的需要。 本文首先闡述了變胞機(jī)構(gòu)概念和變胞原理,運(yùn)用約束圖和鄰接子矩陣描述變胞機(jī)構(gòu)構(gòu)態(tài)變換的過(guò)程。并闡述了利用鄰接子矩陣進(jìn)行變胞機(jī)構(gòu)結(jié)構(gòu)分析與綜合的方法,給出了機(jī)構(gòu)綜合及機(jī)構(gòu)分析的實(shí)例來(lái)驗(yàn)證方法的正確性。 其次,對(duì)變胞機(jī)構(gòu)的應(yīng)用做出闡述,并以?xún)蓚�(gè)變胞機(jī)構(gòu)實(shí)例為例進(jìn)行了說(shuō)明。 再次,文章對(duì)變胞機(jī)構(gòu)的同構(gòu)現(xiàn)象進(jìn)行了研究,提出了一種新的基于鄰接子矩陣的機(jī)構(gòu)同構(gòu)判定方法。并運(yùn)用兩個(gè)同構(gòu)的10桿機(jī)構(gòu)運(yùn)動(dòng)鏈為例驗(yàn)證了該方法。 最后論文運(yùn)用C++語(yǔ)言進(jìn)行了變胞機(jī)構(gòu)分析與結(jié)構(gòu)綜合軟件的編制與開(kāi)發(fā),實(shí)現(xiàn)了變胞機(jī)構(gòu)的自動(dòng)結(jié)構(gòu)分析和結(jié)構(gòu)綜合,并對(duì)程序運(yùn)行結(jié)果進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)證,得到了正確的結(jié)果。
[Abstract]:Metamorphosis was proposed by Dai Jiansheng of the University of London and Ree Jones at the 25th Annual meeting of ASME institutions held in Atlanta in 1998. Metamorphic mechanism is a kind of mechanism that can be expanded and folded in height. It has the characteristics of structure change and automatic combination. It can change the number of effective members of the mechanism in different states so as to provide different degrees of freedom and automatically combine the new mechanism. To meet the needs of different functions. In this paper, the concept of metamorphic mechanism and metamorphic principle are introduced, and the process of structural transformation of metamorphic mechanism is described by using constraint graph and adjacent submatrix. The method of structure analysis and synthesis of metamorphic mechanism by using adjacent submatrix is expounded, and an example of mechanism synthesis and mechanism analysis is given to verify the correctness of the method. Secondly, the application of metamorphic mechanism is expounded, and two examples of metamorphic mechanism are given. Thirdly, the isomorphism of metamorphic mechanism is studied, and a new method based on adjacent submatrix is proposed to determine the isomorphism of metamorphic mechanism. The method is verified by two isomorphic kinematic chains of 10-bar mechanism. Finally, the software of metamorphic mechanism analysis and structure synthesis is programmed and developed with C language, and the automatic structure analysis and structure synthesis of metamorphic mechanism are realized. The results of program operation are verified and the correct results are obtained.
