基于梯形圖的全氣動(dòng)系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)方法的研究

【摘要】:氣動(dòng)技術(shù)是當(dāng)今工業(yè)自動(dòng)化領(lǐng)域中的重要分支,擁有眾多顯著的優(yōu)點(diǎn),因其清潔無(wú)污染,工作效率高,成本低廉,使得其在工業(yè)自動(dòng)化中得到愈來(lái)愈廣泛的應(yīng)用,是實(shí)現(xiàn)各種生產(chǎn)控制、自動(dòng)控制的重要手段之一。作為一種控制手段,目前在大多相關(guān)的領(lǐng)域內(nèi)電-氣控制正在取代全氣動(dòng)控制,但在某些需要防燃、防爆、防靜電的特殊場(chǎng)合,不適合采用電-氣控制,因此全氣動(dòng)控制仍然在很多場(chǎng)合使用。 本文以日本SMC公司提出的基于梯形圖的全氣動(dòng)系統(tǒng)快速設(shè)計(jì)方法為引線,在全面、系統(tǒng)的闡述基于梯形圖的全氣動(dòng)系統(tǒng)快速設(shè)計(jì)方法的設(shè)計(jì)思想、設(shè)計(jì)步驟的基礎(chǔ)之上,通過(guò)對(duì)采用基于梯形圖的全氣動(dòng)系統(tǒng)快速設(shè)計(jì)方法設(shè)計(jì)的全氣動(dòng)控制回路進(jìn)行分析和研究,提出了系統(tǒng)的總體改進(jìn)方案,根據(jù)提出的方案,首先對(duì)采用的特殊氣動(dòng)控制元件——?dú)鈩?dòng)順序控制器的結(jié)構(gòu)、工作原理和主要的優(yōu)點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了詳盡的介紹;隨后結(jié)合氣動(dòng)順序控制器,融入順序控制的設(shè)計(jì)思想,對(duì)典型的全氣動(dòng)多缸行程程序控制回路進(jìn)行了合理設(shè)計(jì),提出了一套比SMC基于梯形圖的全氣動(dòng)系統(tǒng)快速設(shè)計(jì)方法簡(jiǎn)潔、直觀的全氣動(dòng)系統(tǒng)快速設(shè)計(jì)方法;最后采用該新型全氣動(dòng)系統(tǒng)快速設(shè)計(jì)方法完成了全氣動(dòng)裝彈機(jī)械手控制回路的設(shè)計(jì),同時(shí)通過(guò)工程實(shí)際例證了該新型全氣動(dòng)系統(tǒng)快速設(shè)計(jì)方法的優(yōu)越性。
[Abstract]:Pneumatic technology is an important branch in the field of industrial automation nowadays, which has many remarkable advantages. Because of its clean and pollution-free, high efficiency and low cost, pneumatic technology has been more and more widely used in industrial automation. It is one of the important means to realize all kinds of production control and automatic control. As a means of control, electropneumatic control is being replaced by electropneumatic control in most related fields at present, but it is not suitable for electropneumatic control in some special situations which need anti-combustion, explosion-proof and anti-static. Therefore, full pneumatic control is still used in many situations. In this paper, based on the rapid design method of all pneumatic system based on trapezoidal diagram proposed by SMC Company of Japan, the design idea and design steps of the rapid design method of all pneumatic system based on trapezoid diagram are expounded in a comprehensive and systematic way. Based on the analysis and study of the whole pneumatic control loop designed by using the rapid design method of the whole pneumatic system based on trapezoid diagram, the overall improvement scheme of the system is put forward, according to the proposed scheme, Firstly, the structure, working principle and main advantages of the pneumatic sequential controller, which is a special pneumatic control element, are introduced in detail, and then combined with the pneumatic sequence controller, the design idea of sequential control is introduced. The typical program control loop of full pneumatic multi-cylinder stroke is reasonably designed, and a set of rapid design method of full pneumatic system based on trapezoidal diagram based on SMC is put forward, which is simpler and more intuitionistic than the fast design method of full pneumatic system based on trapezoidal diagram. In the end, the control loop of the full pneumatic loading manipulator is designed by using the method of rapid design of the new type of full pneumatic system, and the superiority of the method is illustrated by the engineering practice.
