燃料運(yùn)輸設(shè)備機(jī)液聯(lián)合仿真研究

【摘要】:燃料運(yùn)輸設(shè)備是核電廠裝換料系統(tǒng)的重要設(shè)備,為了研究燃料運(yùn)輸設(shè)備機(jī)液耦合系統(tǒng)的動(dòng)力學(xué)特性,建立了機(jī)構(gòu)動(dòng)力學(xué)和液壓控制聯(lián)合仿真模型,對(duì)燃料運(yùn)輸設(shè)備傾翻過(guò)程進(jìn)行了數(shù)值仿真,得到了燃料籃角速度、燃料籃轉(zhuǎn)角、液壓缸推力等動(dòng)態(tài)性能參數(shù)。結(jié)果表明:基于液壓驅(qū)動(dòng)的燃料運(yùn)輸設(shè)備,其燃料籃可實(shí)現(xiàn)燃料組件水平狀態(tài)與豎直狀態(tài)的傾翻;在整個(gè)傾翻過(guò)程中燃料籃運(yùn)行平穩(wěn)、制動(dòng)平穩(wěn),最大速度7.98(°)/s,沒有出現(xiàn)速度陡變,可實(shí)現(xiàn)設(shè)計(jì)目標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:Fuel transportation equipment is an important equipment of nuclear power plant loading and unloading system. In order to study the dynamic characteristics of fuel transportation equipment mechanical-liquid coupling system, a joint simulation model of mechanism dynamics and hydraulic control is established. The dynamic performance parameters such as angular velocity of fuel basket, rotation angle of fuel basket and thrust of hydraulic cylinder are obtained by numerical simulation of tipping process of fuel transportation equipment. The results show that the fuel basket based on hydraulic driving can realize the tipping of fuel assembly in horizontal state and vertical state, and the fuel basket can run smoothly and brake smoothly during the whole tipping process. The maximum velocity is 7.98 (擄/ s) and there is no sharp change in speed, which can achieve the design goal.
