非對稱圓弧線圓柱齒輪齒面設(shè)計及有限元分析

【摘要】:采用雙面刀盤加工方法,基于假想產(chǎn)形齒條的概念,模擬產(chǎn)形齒條與被加工齒輪嚙合過程,推導(dǎo)出非對稱圓弧線圓柱齒輪齒面方程。通過Matlab實現(xiàn)齒面的數(shù)值仿真與可視化。將有限元網(wǎng)格模型導(dǎo)入ABAQUS中,比較了兩組非對稱齒廓與對稱齒廓的應(yīng)力結(jié)果,證明采用非對稱齒廓可以提高齒根彎曲強度。另外,對三組不同刀盤半徑的有限元結(jié)果進行了比較,分析刀盤半徑大小對應(yīng)力的影響,結(jié)果證明刀盤半徑增大可以減小齒輪副接觸應(yīng)和彎曲應(yīng)力。
[Abstract]:Based on the concept of hypothetical shaped rack, the meshing process between shaped rack and machined gear is simulated, and the tooth surface equation of asymmetric circular arc line cylindrical gear is deduced by using the method of double-face cutter head machining. The numerical simulation and visualization of tooth surface are realized by Matlab. The finite element mesh model was introduced into ABAQUS and the stress results of two groups of asymmetric tooth profiles and symmetrical tooth profiles were compared. It was proved that the bending strength of tooth roots could be improved by using asymmetric tooth profiles. In addition, three groups of finite element results of different cutter head radius are compared, and the influence of cutter head radius on stress is analyzed. The results show that the increase of cutter head radius can reduce the contact stress and bending stress of gear pair.
