【摘要】：針對直齒錐齒輪設(shè)計和制造過程中大端齒厚計算存在誤差的問題,提出一種精確計算直齒錐齒輪大端齒厚的計算方法。從直齒錐齒輪齒面和大端齒廓的形成原理出發(fā),推導(dǎo)大端球面漸開線的表達式。在此基礎(chǔ)上,給出大端齒厚精確計算方法。計算實例表明,該計算方法比傳統(tǒng)當(dāng)量齒輪計算方法更為精確,為提高直齒錐齒輪加工精度奠定了理論基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem of the error in the calculation of large end tooth thickness in the design and manufacture of straight bevel gear, a method for calculating the large end tooth thickness of straight bevel gear is presented. Based on the forming principle of tooth surface and tooth profile of straight bevel gear, the expression of involute of large end spherical surface is deduced. On this basis, the accurate calculation method of large end tooth thickness is given. The calculation example shows that this method is more accurate than the traditional equivalent gear calculation method, which lays a theoretical foundation for improving the machining accuracy of straight bevel gear.
