準動態(tài)雙資源制造單元構(gòu)建的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:制造業(yè)是我國國民經(jīng)濟的支柱產(chǎn)業(yè),是體現(xiàn)國家競爭力的重要標志。以高效率、高柔性、高質(zhì)量、低成本為特征的單元制造系統(tǒng)已成為當今制造業(yè)發(fā)展的主流趨勢。單元構(gòu)建是單元制造的基礎(chǔ),制造單元的合理構(gòu)建為制造系統(tǒng)的模塊化生產(chǎn)、生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)的流程再造以及快速成組技術(shù)的廣泛應用提供了基礎(chǔ),它是制造系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)快速重組的核心細胞。 論文針對當今單元制造系統(tǒng)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)實需求和現(xiàn)行靜態(tài)和動態(tài)單元構(gòu)建研究中存在的諸多問題(如前置條件之不足:沒有結(jié)合考慮原有制造系統(tǒng)(機器設(shè)備、人力資源等)的實際情況),提出了一種有別于靜態(tài)和動態(tài)單元構(gòu)建的新方法:準動態(tài)單元構(gòu)建方法,它采用階段式構(gòu)建思想來獲得各周期單元構(gòu)建的最優(yōu)方案。論文著力研究準動態(tài)單元構(gòu)建的理論、方法和實現(xiàn)技術(shù),建立描述單元構(gòu)建的統(tǒng)一范式(抽象函數(shù))。研究多技能員工工作任務分配和學習性能對單元構(gòu)建的內(nèi)在影響,進而將人力資源要素引入準動態(tài)單元構(gòu)建中,最終提出準動態(tài)雙資源單元構(gòu)建問題的數(shù)學模型,并進行重要參數(shù)的靈敏度分析和構(gòu)建方案的實證分析,為實施制造系統(tǒng)快速重組、模塊化單元制造、成組技術(shù)等制造策略提供基礎(chǔ)技術(shù)支撐,促進我國制造業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級與快速響應市場變化的能力,同時為拓展單元制造系統(tǒng)的構(gòu)建理論與技術(shù)提供實質(zhì)性的科學貢獻。論文主要研究內(nèi)容及結(jié)果為: 1)準動態(tài)單元構(gòu)建方法的理論研究。在詳細分析靜動態(tài)單元構(gòu)建方法的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了準動態(tài)單元構(gòu)建的基本思想和分析方法;研究剖析了不同類型單元構(gòu)建方法的聯(lián)系與區(qū)別,建立了規(guī)范化的描述單元構(gòu)建方法的統(tǒng)一范式。 2)人力資源要素對單元構(gòu)建的影響研究。詳細分析多技能員工任務分配和人的學習性能對單元構(gòu)建的影響,研究了雙資源約束下的單元構(gòu)建問題,并建立了相應的數(shù)學模型,通過對模型中目標函數(shù)權(quán)重系數(shù)的靈敏度分析,優(yōu)化了企業(yè)資源配置。 3)準動態(tài)雙資源約束下的單元構(gòu)建問題研究。在準動態(tài)單元構(gòu)建方法的基礎(chǔ)上,綜合考慮設(shè)備單元劃分、員工工作任務分配以及單元布局對單元制造系統(tǒng)效率的影響,研究了準動態(tài)雙資源約束下的單元構(gòu)建問題,建立了相應的數(shù)學模型,進而研究恰當?shù)那蠼夥椒ā?4)案例分析。在對企業(yè)實際調(diào)研與數(shù)據(jù)分析的基礎(chǔ)上,將準動態(tài)雙資源約束下的單元構(gòu)建數(shù)學模型應用于實際企業(yè),改變原有生產(chǎn)方式為單元生產(chǎn)方式,從而大大減少了物料搬運距離,提高了生產(chǎn)質(zhì)量水平、員工工作效率以及整個單元制造系統(tǒng)的效率。
[Abstract]:The manufacturing industry is the pillar industry of our national economy and the important symbol of the national competitiveness. The unit manufacturing system characterized by high efficiency, high flexibility, high quality and low cost has become the mainstream trend in the development of manufacturing industry. Unit construction is the basis of unit manufacturing, and the reasonable construction of the manufacturing unit is the modular production of the manufacturing system. Production, production system reengineering and the rapid application of rapid group technology provide the foundation. It is the core cell for rapid restructuring of manufacturing systems.
In view of the current needs of the development of the unit manufacturing system and the many problems existing in the current static and dynamic unit construction research (such as the shortage of precondition: without considering the actual situation of the original manufacturing system (machine equipment, human resources, etc.), a new method is proposed which is different from the static and dynamic units. The method of quasi dynamic unit construction, which uses the idea of phase construction to obtain the optimal scheme for each cycle unit. The thesis focuses on the theory, methods and implementation techniques of quasi dynamic unit construction, and establishes a unified paradigm (abstract function) for the construction of description units. The internal influence of construction is introduced into the construction of quasi dynamic unit. Finally, the mathematical model of the quasi dynamic dual resource unit is put forward, and the sensitivity analysis of the important parameters and the empirical analysis of the construction plan are carried out. The manufacturing strategy of the manufacturing system, the modular unit manufacturing, the group technology and so on is put forward. It provides basic technical support to promote the transformation and upgrading of China's manufacturing industry and the ability to respond quickly to market changes. It provides a substantial scientific contribution to the development of the theory and technology of the unit manufacturing system.
1) the theoretical study of the quasi dynamic element construction method. On the basis of the detailed analysis of the construction method of static and dynamic units, the basic idea and analysis method of quasi dynamic unit construction are put forward. The connection and difference of different types of unit construction methods are analyzed and analyzed, and the unified paradigm of the standardized construction method of the description unit is established.
2) the influence of human resource factors on unit construction. The impact of task allocation and learning performance on the unit construction is analyzed in detail. The unit construction problem under the constraint of double resources is studied, and the corresponding mathematical model is established. Then the appropriate solution method is studied.
4) case analysis. On the basis of the actual research and data analysis of the enterprise, the unit construction mathematical model under the quasi dynamic dual resource constraint is applied to the actual enterprise, and the original production mode is changed to the unit production mode, thus the material handling distance is greatly reduced, the quality of production, the efficiency of the staff and the whole unit system are improved.
