常幅載荷下滑軌與滾輪壽命及可靠性研究

【摘要】:為研究某型運(yùn)輸機(jī)襟翼操縱機(jī)構(gòu)滾動(dòng)副的磨損行為,在常幅載荷下進(jìn)行疲勞磨損試驗(yàn)。利用尺寸測(cè)量法測(cè)量不同循環(huán)次數(shù)下的磨損量,以滾動(dòng)軸承磨損壽命計(jì)算公式計(jì)算滾動(dòng)軸承理論壽命;根據(jù)疲勞磨損試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù),計(jì)算可靠度R=0.99時(shí)的疲勞磨損可靠壽命的點(diǎn)估計(jì),并與理論壽命進(jìn)行比較。結(jié)果表明:在滾動(dòng)軸承與滑軌組成的摩擦副中,滑軌磨損量較大,且存在明顯磨合階段;滾動(dòng)軸承的磨損量較小,隨時(shí)間基本呈線性關(guān)系,沒(méi)有明顯的磨合階段。
[Abstract]:In order to study the wear behavior of the rolling pair of flap control mechanism of a certain type of transport aircraft, fatigue wear tests were carried out under constant amplitude load. The wear quantity of rolling bearing is measured by the method of dimension measurement, the theoretical life of rolling bearing is calculated by the formula of wear life of rolling bearing, the point estimation of reliable life of fatigue wear when reliability R = 0.99 is calculated according to the data of fatigue wear test. And compared with the theoretical life. The results show that, in the friction pair composed of rolling bearing and sliding rail, the wear amount of sliding rail is larger and there is obvious running-in stage, and the wear amount of rolling bearing is small, which is linear with time, and there is no obvious running-in stage.
