單件生產(chǎn)模式下集成制造系統(tǒng)技術(shù)的應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:工裝制造(指生產(chǎn)夾具、模具、刃具、量具等工具)是機械加工領(lǐng)域的一個重要環(huán)節(jié),產(chǎn)品多以單件、小批量為主。如何快速滿足客戶市場的需求,實現(xiàn)企業(yè)整體制造能力的提升,已經(jīng)成為工裝制造企業(yè)面臨的普遍問題。隨著計算機技術(shù)和現(xiàn)代管理技術(shù)、制造技術(shù)的不斷融合和應(yīng)用,對于實現(xiàn)工裝資源的高效管理、共享,提高工裝的設(shè)計、制造效率起到了重要的促進(jìn)作用。 本文主要針對黎明某企業(yè)(以下稱“某企業(yè)”)工裝制造的特點,利用現(xiàn)有的硬件和網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境,通過對現(xiàn)有工作流程和MES、ERP、CAD/CAPP/CAM系統(tǒng)等自動化孤島之間信息不能集成這一現(xiàn)狀的分析,在大量地研究了自動化技術(shù)、信息集成技術(shù)的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了一種符合單件小批量生產(chǎn)模式下集成設(shè)計、制造、質(zhì)量、物流、管理等系統(tǒng)融于一體集成制造的解決方案。通過對MES、ERP、CAD/CAPP/CAM等系統(tǒng)的管理、集成,實現(xiàn)了各個系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)庫和訪問模式的統(tǒng)一,解決了多個系統(tǒng)重復(fù)數(shù)據(jù)錄入量大,生產(chǎn)、技術(shù)、經(jīng)營、質(zhì)量等數(shù)據(jù)不一致的問題,為生產(chǎn)、技術(shù)、經(jīng)營、質(zhì)量等各級管理人員提供了統(tǒng)一的操作平臺,滿足了對工裝需求快速反應(yīng)的要求。通過系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用證明,該方案對單件小批量生產(chǎn)模式下的離散型制造業(yè)的自動化技術(shù)應(yīng)用具有一定的示范作用,解決了企業(yè)中信息不能共享的現(xiàn)象,為精益制造模式在工裝制造企業(yè)中實現(xiàn)提供了系統(tǒng)上的依據(jù),滿足了管理人員、工程技術(shù)人員和技能人員對系統(tǒng)的需求。
[Abstract]:Tooling manufacturing (refers to the production of jigs, molds, cutting tools, measuring tools and other tools) is an important link in the field of mechanical processing, products are mostly single-piece, small batch.How to quickly meet the needs of customer market and realize the improvement of manufacturing capability has become a common problem faced by tooling enterprises.With the continuous integration and application of computer technology and modern management technology, manufacturing technology has played an important role in realizing the efficient management, sharing of tooling resources, improving the design of tooling and manufacturing efficiency.In this paper, according to the characteristics of tooling manufacture in a certain enterprise (hereinafter referred to as "a certain enterprise"), by using the existing hardware and network environment, this paper analyzes the present situation that the information between the existing workflow and automated islands such as CAD / CAPP / CAM system can not be integrated.Based on the research of automation technology and information integration technology, a solution to integrate design, manufacturing, quality, logistics, management and other systems into an integrated manufacturing system is proposed in this paper.Through the management and integration of CAD / CAPP / CAM and other systems, the unification of database and access mode of various systems has been realized, and the problems of inconsistency of data input amount, production, technology, operation and quality of multiple systems have been solved, for the sake of production, technology, and quality.Management, quality and other levels of management personnel to provide a unified operating platform to meet the requirements of rapid response to the requirements of tooling.Through the application of the system, it is proved that this scheme can demonstrate the application of discrete manufacturing automation technology in the mode of single piece and small batch production, and solve the phenomenon that information can not be shared in enterprises.It provides a systematic basis for the realization of lean manufacturing mode in tooling manufacturing enterprises, and meets the needs of managers, engineers and skilled personnel for the system.
