【摘要】：隨著空間在軌服務(wù)的發(fā)展,空間站及航天飛機(jī)上越來越多的工作需要航天人員來完成。由于空間作業(yè)危險性比較高,人員直接操作不方便,需要采用空間機(jī)械臂輔助完成,其中最具有代表性的空間機(jī)械臂就是安裝在美國空間站上的加拿大臂�？臻g機(jī)械臂關(guān)節(jié)減速器是完成運(yùn)動傳遞及臂桿連接的主要裝置,加拿大臂等空間機(jī)械臂的關(guān)節(jié)主要采用了行星和諧波這兩種減速器。本文主要根據(jù)空間機(jī)械臂的低速、輕質(zhì)的特點,對應(yīng)用于機(jī)械臂關(guān)節(jié)的行星減速器進(jìn)行了設(shè)計與研究。 根據(jù)空間機(jī)械臂減速器大傳動比、小質(zhì)量的技術(shù)要求,本文對減速器的形式進(jìn)行了分析與選擇,確定行星減速器的齒輪參數(shù)及行星輪個數(shù),并對行星減速器的結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了設(shè)計。采用三維建模軟件建立減速器的模型,同時應(yīng)用虛擬樣機(jī)技術(shù)對設(shè)計的行星減速器進(jìn)行相應(yīng)的運(yùn)動仿真,并且對設(shè)計的行星減速器樣機(jī)進(jìn)行加工。 根據(jù)空間機(jī)械臂承載能力的要求,對行星減速器的承載能力進(jìn)行校核計算,以分析得到的減速器的功率流情況為基礎(chǔ),根據(jù)行星輪系效率的三種常見的計算方法,進(jìn)行行星減速器的效率計算。 搭建了減速器性能測試所需的實驗臺,對減速器進(jìn)行了跑和、加載、效率測試的實驗,將測得的實驗數(shù)據(jù)與理論研究的結(jié)果進(jìn)行比較,并對誤差產(chǎn)生的原因進(jìn)行了分析。
[Abstract]:With the development of space-in-orbit service, more and more work on space station and space shuttle needs spaceflight personnel to complete.Because of the high risk of space operation and the inconvenient direct operation of personnel, it is necessary to use the space robot arm to complete it. The most representative space manipulator is the Canadian arm installed on the US space station.The space manipulator joint reducer is the main device to complete the motion transfer and the link of the arm rod. The joint of the Canadian arm and the other space mechanical arm mainly adopts the planetary and harmonic reducers.According to the characteristics of low speed and light weight of space manipulator, the design and research of planetary reducer applied to manipulator joint are carried out in this paper.According to the technical requirements of large transmission ratio and small mass of space manipulator reducer, the form of reducer is analyzed and selected in this paper, the gear parameters and the number of planetary gears of planetary reducer are determined, and the structure of planetary reducer is designed.The model of the reducer is established by using 3D modeling software. At the same time, the corresponding motion simulation of the designed planetary reducer is carried out by using the virtual prototyping technology, and the prototype of the designed planetary reducer is processed.According to the requirements of space manipulator bearing capacity, the bearing capacity of planetary reducer is checked and calculated. Based on the analysis of the power flow of the reducer, three common calculation methods of planetary gear train efficiency are presented.Calculate the efficiency of planetary reducer.The experimental platform needed for the performance test of the reducer is set up. The experiment of running and loading and testing the efficiency of the reducer is carried out. The measured experimental data are compared with the results of the theoretical research, and the causes of the errors are analyzed.
