新型密封結(jié)構(gòu)托輥及其試驗(yàn)機(jī)的設(shè)計(jì)研究

【摘要】:托輥是廣泛應(yīng)用于煤礦、糧站、礦山等輸送粉料和粒料工況的帶式輸送機(jī)中用量大、分布廣的部件。托輥的結(jié)構(gòu)比較簡(jiǎn)單,主要由輥筒、軸承座、軸承、密封件、潤(rùn)滑脂和軸等部件組成。傳統(tǒng)的托輥由于工作狀況惡劣以及自身機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)等方面的原因,存在不同程度的易腐蝕、重量大、不耐磨、使用壽命短等缺點(diǎn)。因此,研制出密封結(jié)構(gòu)可靠,使用壽命長(zhǎng)的托輥仍然具有實(shí)際意義。 為了克服上述缺點(diǎn),本文以托輥的密封結(jié)構(gòu)作為研究重點(diǎn),設(shè)計(jì)了新型密封結(jié)構(gòu)的尼龍托輥;參照2009年4月2日發(fā)布并于2009年11月1日正式實(shí)施的《GB/T 10595-2009帶式輸送機(jī)》標(biāo)準(zhǔn),設(shè)計(jì)了測(cè)試托輥性能的托輥試驗(yàn)機(jī);用ANSYS軟件對(duì)托輥進(jìn)行了有限元的計(jì)算和分析;利用所設(shè)計(jì)的托輥試驗(yàn)機(jī)對(duì)托輥的性能做測(cè)試。 本文共設(shè)計(jì)了兩種新型密封結(jié)構(gòu),并對(duì)新型密封結(jié)構(gòu)尼龍托輥和普通金屬托輥的啟動(dòng)功率、旋轉(zhuǎn)阻力、磨損量等進(jìn)行了大量的試驗(yàn)。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明: 新型密封結(jié)構(gòu)尼龍托輥的啟動(dòng)功率小、旋轉(zhuǎn)阻力低、密封性能可靠、磨損率低等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。通過(guò)ANSYS有限元的計(jì)算和分析發(fā)現(xiàn),新型密封結(jié)構(gòu)尼龍托輥的力學(xué)性能較普通金屬托輥的力學(xué)性能有了很大的改善了提高。 總之,本文通過(guò)模擬計(jì)算與實(shí)際測(cè)試相結(jié)合的方法,優(yōu)選到適合煤礦井下帶式輸送機(jī)使用的托輥。該托輥可滿足使用單位對(duì)于托輥的密封效果、啟動(dòng)功率、旋轉(zhuǎn)阻力、磨損量、使用壽命等方面的苛刻要求。
[Abstract]:Roller is widely used in coal mines, grain stations, mines and other transport of powder and granular conditions of belt conveyor large amount, widely distributed components.Roller structure is relatively simple, mainly by roller, bearing, bearing, seal, grease and shaft and other components.Because of the bad working condition and the mechanical structure of the traditional roller, there are some disadvantages such as easy corrosion, high weight, no wear resistance, short service life and so on.Therefore, the development of reliable sealing structure, long service life of roller still has practical significance.In order to overcome the above shortcomings, this paper focuses on the sealing structure of the roller and designs a new type of nylon roller with seal structure, referring to the standard "GB/T 10595-2009 belt conveyor" issued on April 2, 2009 and formally implemented on November 1, 2009.The roller testing machine is designed, the finite element method is used to calculate and analyze the roller with ANSYS software, and the performance of the roller is tested by the designed roller tester.In this paper, two new sealing structures are designed, and a large number of tests have been carried out on the starting power, rotary resistance and wear of the new sealing structure nylon roller and ordinary metal roller.The results show that:The new type of nylon roller has the advantages of low starting power, low rotary resistance, reliable sealing performance and low wear rate.Through the calculation and analysis of ANSYS finite element method, it is found that the mechanical properties of the new type of nylon roller with sealed structure are improved greatly compared with that of the ordinary metal roller.In a word, the paper optimizes the roller suitable for coal mine belt conveyor by the combination of simulation calculation and actual test.The roller can meet the strict requirements of the working unit in terms of sealing effect, starting power, rotating resistance, wear quantity, service life, etc.
