軸承球面滾子檢測(cè)系統(tǒng)關(guān)鍵技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:滾子是滾動(dòng)軸承不可缺少的重要組成部分,滾動(dòng)體中球面滾子的形狀是最復(fù)雜的,,其滾動(dòng)表面是一個(gè)凸球面的回轉(zhuǎn)體,存在著加工難、測(cè)量更難等難題,本文在深入分析和研究球面滾子的結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)及尺寸控制條件的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合光學(xué)非接觸三維測(cè)量技術(shù),提出了一套針對(duì)球面滾子而采用的非接觸的、高精度的、全參數(shù)的專(zhuān)用測(cè)量系統(tǒng)。 分析了光學(xué)非接觸測(cè)量技術(shù)相關(guān)理論及方法,建立了基于光學(xué)三角測(cè)量法的滾子專(zhuān)用測(cè)量系統(tǒng)平臺(tái)。系統(tǒng)采用綠色LED光源、HL-CCD光學(xué)系統(tǒng)與高速數(shù)字化處理模塊相結(jié)合的數(shù)字一體化集成激光測(cè)頭,實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)被測(cè)表面的高精度數(shù)字化測(cè)量和高速信號(hào)采集及處理;結(jié)合國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究成果,針對(duì)球面滾子的結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn),研究了小樣本及離散數(shù)據(jù)的處理算法,實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)小弧段、大半徑的軸承球面滾子圓弧半徑參數(shù)評(píng)定;結(jié)合成熟的角位移工作臺(tái)技術(shù),提出了一種X-Y雙向正交耦合角度可調(diào)式旋轉(zhuǎn)工作臺(tái),在非接觸式光幕測(cè)量?jī)x器以及回轉(zhuǎn)類(lèi)被測(cè)零件端平面與回轉(zhuǎn)軸線沒(méi)有垂直度要求時(shí)具有顯著的特點(diǎn);構(gòu)建了計(jì)算機(jī)集成硬件控制系統(tǒng),通過(guò)光學(xué)測(cè)頭控制器、運(yùn)動(dòng)控制器及光柵計(jì)數(shù)器及驅(qū)動(dòng)控制模塊組合實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)零件的自動(dòng)化測(cè)量。 構(gòu)建了系統(tǒng)設(shè)置、數(shù)據(jù)測(cè)量和文件操作的軟件系統(tǒng)。系統(tǒng)以Windows XP/7為開(kāi)發(fā)環(huán)境,Microsoft Visual C++為開(kāi)發(fā)平臺(tái),建立了軟件系統(tǒng)的體系結(jié)構(gòu)和工作流程,經(jīng)大量實(shí)驗(yàn)應(yīng)用表明,所開(kāi)發(fā)的測(cè)量系統(tǒng)具有界面友好,操作方便,功能齊全,能滿(mǎn)足產(chǎn)品檢測(cè)的功能及精度要求的特點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:Roller is an indispensable part of rolling bearing. The shape of spherical roller is the most complex in rolling body. The rolling surface of roller is a revolving body with convex spherical surface, which is difficult to process and measure.On the basis of deep analysis and research on the structural characteristics and dimension control conditions of spherical roller, a set of non-contact and high-precision spherical roller is proposed in this paper, combining with optical non-contact three-dimensional measurement technology.A special measurement system with full parameters.The related theories and methods of optical non-contact measurement technology are analyzed, and a special measuring system platform for roller based on optical triangulation method is established.The system adopts the digital integrated laser probe which combines the green LED light source HL-CCD optical system and the high-speed digital processing module to realize the high precision digital measurement and the high speed signal acquisition and processing of the measured surface.According to the structure characteristics of spherical roller, the processing algorithm of small sample and discrete data is studied to evaluate the radius of spherical roller with small arc and large radius.Combined with the mature technology of angular displacement table, a kind of X-Y bidirectional orthogonal coupling angle adjustable rotary table is proposed.It has remarkable characteristics when there is no perpendicularity between the end plane and the axis of rotation of the non-contact light screen measuring instrument and the end plane of the rotated parts, the computer integrated hardware control system is constructed, and the controller of the optical probe is constructed.Motion controller, grating counter and driving control module are combined to realize the automatic measurement of parts.The software system of system setup, data measurement and file operation is constructed.The system takes Windows XP/7 as the development environment and Visual C as the development platform, and establishes the system structure and workflow of the software system. A large number of experimental applications show that the developed measurement system has friendly interface, convenient operation and complete functions.It can meet the requirements of function and precision of product inspection.
