【摘要】:齒輪傳動(dòng)由于其具有的傳動(dòng)范圍廣、傳動(dòng)效率高、傳動(dòng)比精確、壽命長以及高可靠性等優(yōu)點(diǎn),使得其廣泛應(yīng)用于機(jī)械傳動(dòng)中。常見的有漸開線齒輪,圓弧齒輪以及單點(diǎn)嚙合漸開線圓弧齒輪。 本文基于對(duì)傳統(tǒng)雙圓弧齒輪、漸開線齒輪、以及單點(diǎn)嚙合漸開線圓弧齒輪結(jié)構(gòu)及性能分析的基礎(chǔ)上提出了一種新型齒輪傳動(dòng)裝置。并對(duì)該新型齒輪傳動(dòng)裝置結(jié)構(gòu)性能做了深入研究。 本文在結(jié)合單點(diǎn)嚙合漸開線圓弧齒輪傳動(dòng)理論基礎(chǔ)上,利用齒輪幾何學(xué)相關(guān)理論推導(dǎo)了雙點(diǎn)嚙合漸開線圓弧齒輪齒面方程、接觸線方程。并且結(jié)合結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)推導(dǎo)了其嚙合線方程。 結(jié)合分雙點(diǎn)嚙合漸開線圓弧齒輪結(jié)構(gòu),可分析得出其重合度包括兩大部分:既包括端面重合度,又包括縱向重合度,并推導(dǎo)了其重合度計(jì)算公式。 本文根據(jù)雙點(diǎn)嚙合漸開線齒輪傳動(dòng)理論,以及其結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn),借助Pro/E中參數(shù)化建模功能,成功對(duì)雙點(diǎn)嚙合漸開線圓弧齒輪進(jìn)行了參數(shù)化建模。為后續(xù)力學(xué)性能研究,提供了模型數(shù)據(jù)。 利用有限元法計(jì)算齒輪接觸應(yīng)力,獲得了最大接觸應(yīng)力值。同時(shí)探索了雙點(diǎn)嚙合漸開線圓弧齒輪應(yīng)力沿接觸線分布規(guī)律。同時(shí)證明了同一輪齒兩接觸點(diǎn)間應(yīng)力疊加效應(yīng)較弱。 利用彈性力學(xué)相關(guān)理論,計(jì)算齒輪真實(shí)外載荷分布。并按此載荷加載,獲得彎曲應(yīng)力值,以及定性分析了其彎曲應(yīng)力沿齒寬方向分布規(guī)律。同時(shí)得出,同一輪齒上兩接觸點(diǎn)產(chǎn)生彎曲變形,對(duì)彼此載荷分布影響較小。
[Abstract]:Gear transmission is widely used in mechanical transmission because of its wide transmission range, high transmission efficiency, accurate transmission ratio, long life and high reliability.Common involute gear, arc gear and single point meshing involute arc gear.Based on the analysis of the structure and performance of the traditional double arc gear, involute gear and single point meshing involute arc gear, a new gear transmission device is proposed in this paper.The structure and performance of the new gear drive are also studied.Based on the theory of single point meshing involute circular arc gear transmission, the tooth surface equation and contact line equation of double point meshing involute circular arc gear are derived by using the gear geometry correlation theory.The meshing line equation is deduced according to the structural characteristics.Combined with the double point meshing involute circular arc gear structure, it can be concluded that the coincidence degree includes two parts: the end surface coincidence degree and the longitudinal coincidence degree, and the formula for calculating the coincidence degree is derived.Based on the theory of double point meshing involute gear transmission and its structural characteristics, the parametric modeling of double point meshing involute circular arc gear is successfully carried out with the help of parameterized modeling function in Pro/E.The model data are provided for the further study of mechanical properties.The contact stress of gear is calculated by finite element method, and the maximum contact stress is obtained.At the same time, the distribution of stress along the contact line of double point involute arc gear is explored.It is also proved that the stress superposition effect between two contact points of the same gear tooth is weak.Based on the theory of elastic mechanics, the real external load distribution of gear is calculated.According to the load, the bending stress is obtained, and the distribution of bending stress along the width of the tooth is analyzed qualitatively.At the same time, the bending deformation of two contact points on the same gear teeth is obtained, which has little effect on each other's load distribution.
