【摘要】：通過長期對橋式起重機結(jié)構(gòu)和企業(yè)需求的分析研究,將快速智能設(shè)計與智能報價兩者相結(jié)合。以VB6.0為編程工具,Access為數(shù)據(jù)支撐,運用模塊化與參數(shù)化技術(shù),二次開發(fā)技術(shù)以及基于混沌遺傳算法的主梁優(yōu)化設(shè)計等關(guān)鍵技術(shù)。開發(fā)了橋式起重機智能快速定制與報價系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)可根據(jù)用戶定制參數(shù)進行設(shè)計計算、優(yōu)化設(shè)計以及快速報價,為企業(yè)快速響應(yīng)用戶需求、縮短產(chǎn)品設(shè)計周期、降低企業(yè)設(shè)計成本奠定了技術(shù)基礎(chǔ),其對橋式起重機的長期發(fā)展具有深遠影響。
[Abstract]:Through the long-term analysis and research on the structure of bridge crane and the demand of enterprise, the quick intelligent design and intelligent quotation are combined.The key technologies such as modularization and parameterization technology, secondary development technology and the optimization design of main beam based on chaos genetic algorithm are used in this paper, which is supported by VB6.0 as programming tool and access as data support.The intelligent quick customization and quotation system of bridge crane is developed.The system can design and calculate according to the user's customized parameters, optimize the design and offer the price quickly, which lays a technical foundation for the enterprise to respond quickly to the user's demand, shorten the product design cycle and reduce the design cost of the enterprise.It has a profound influence on the long-term development of bridge crane.
