【摘要】:全液壓履帶式起重機(jī)是目前工程施工中非常重要的工程機(jī)械設(shè)備之一,伴隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)的高速發(fā)展,特別是工程建設(shè)的高速發(fā)展,對(duì)起重機(jī)需求量越來越大,同時(shí)對(duì)其工作性能的要求也越來越高。電氣控制系統(tǒng)是履帶式起重機(jī)操作控制、工作狀態(tài)檢測和安全控制的核心系統(tǒng),對(duì)起重機(jī)的使用性能、操控性、安全性和市場競爭力等很多方面有著重要的影響。 本文以TEREX拓能(山東)重型機(jī)械制造有限公司開發(fā)試制的PR100(100t)全液壓履帶式起重機(jī)項(xiàng)目為背景基礎(chǔ),對(duì)該履帶式起重機(jī)電氣控制系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)、部件選型分析及安裝調(diào)試。 (1)分析電氣控制系統(tǒng)需要完成的各種功能,并對(duì)100t履帶式起重機(jī)的電氣控制系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)和選型。 (2)對(duì)液壓履帶式起重機(jī)電氣控制系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行邏輯控制設(shè)計(jì),并設(shè)計(jì)全車電氣接線圖,并利用各種專業(yè)知識(shí)進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化。 (3)根據(jù)電氣系統(tǒng)邏輯控制圖,編制軟件程序,并進(jìn)行調(diào)試以達(dá)到實(shí)用目的。 本文主要闡明電氣控制系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)方法和應(yīng)用,其目的是使整車具有低故障率、易維護(hù)、易操作的高集成人機(jī)界面等優(yōu)點(diǎn),具有指導(dǎo)設(shè)計(jì)生產(chǎn)的實(shí)際意義。
[Abstract]:Full-hydraulic crawler crane is one of the most important construction machinery equipment in engineering construction at present. With the rapid development of economic construction in our country, especially the high-speed development of engineering construction, the demand for crane is increasing. The electrical control system is the core system of crawler crane operation control, working condition detection and safety control. Safety and market competitiveness have an important impact on many other aspects. In this paper, based on the development of PR100 100 t full hydraulic crawler crane project developed by TEREX Tone (Shandong) heavy Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd., the electrical control system of the crawler crane is designed, part selection analysis, installation and debugging are carried out. 1) the functions of electrical control system are analyzed, and the electrical control system of 100t crawler crane is designed and selected. The logic control design of the electric control system of hydraulic crawler crane is carried out, and the electrical wiring diagram of the whole vehicle is designed, and the system optimization is carried out by using all kinds of professional knowledge. According to the logic control diagram of electrical system, the software program is compiled and debugged to achieve the practical purpose. This paper mainly expounds the design method and application of electrical control system, the purpose of which is to make the whole vehicle have the advantages of low failure rate, easy maintenance, easy operation and high integrated man-machine interface, which has practical significance of guiding the design and production.
