平動活塞式空氣壓縮機的理論和仿真分析

【摘要】:小型空氣壓縮機是人們生產(chǎn)生活中經(jīng)常用到的工具之一,而旋轉式的空氣壓縮機因其具有體積小、重量輕以及動平衡性能優(yōu)越等優(yōu)點在小型空壓機領域得到廣泛應用。但是,傳統(tǒng)旋轉式空壓機長期存在摩擦磨損嚴重和泄漏大的弊端,歸根到底,產(chǎn)生的主要原因在于運動副之間的較大相對速度和接觸力。 論文介紹的平動活塞式空氣壓縮機,其思路是將渦旋壓縮機的平動思想借用到傳統(tǒng)滾動活塞式壓縮機中,使壓縮機的活塞從旋轉運動變成平動運動,由此改變了傳統(tǒng)滾動活塞式壓縮機的工作方式。這樣不僅大幅度降低了滑片與氣缸之間、活塞與氣缸之間的相對運動速度,而且減小了滑片同活塞之間的接觸力,以及縮短了滑片相對于氣缸的滑移路程。此外,新型平動活塞式空氣壓縮機還改變了傳統(tǒng)滾動活塞式壓縮機中滑片的形狀,將滑片與活塞之間的線接觸變成密封效果更好的面接觸,達到了降低泄漏的目的。 論文的主要工作可以歸納為以下幾個方面: 1)給出了新型平動活塞式空氣壓縮機的設計要點,并討論了平動裝置的設計選擇;推導出工作的任意時刻壓縮機吸氣腔、排氣腔的工作容積和壓縮腔氣體的壓力變化,并建立了滑片和活塞的運動學模型,從理論上得到了滑片與活塞的運動學參數(shù); 2)借助ADAMS軟件對平動活塞式空氣壓縮機進行了運動學和動力學分析,從滑片和活塞接觸力的方面,比較了平動活塞式空氣壓縮機的優(yōu)越性,證實了其存在優(yōu)勢的原因; 3)利用ANSYS軟件對整個平動活塞式空氣壓縮機模型進行結構靜力學分析,獲得壓縮機零部件的應力云圖,為壓縮機的設計改進提供指導;最后通過試驗比較證明了平動活塞式空壓機在工作原理上確實可行,且在性能上具有優(yōu)越性。
[Abstract]:The small air compressor is one of the most frequently used tools in people ' s life , and the rotary air compressor has been widely used in the field of small air compressor because it has the advantages of small size , light weight and excellent dynamic balance performance . However , the traditional rotary air compressor has the disadvantages of severe friction and abrasion and large leakage .
The invention relates to a translational piston type air compressor , which is characterized in that a translational idea of a scroll compressor is borrowed into a traditional rolling piston compressor , so that the piston of the compressor changes from a rotary motion to a translational movement , thereby changing the working mode of the traditional rolling piston compressor .
The main work of the thesis can be summarized as follows :
1 ) The design points of the novel translational piston air compressor are given , and the design choice of the translational device is discussed .
The working volume of the compressor and the pressure change of the compression chamber gas are deduced . The kinematic model of the sliding vane and the piston is established , and the kinematic parameters of the sliding vane and the piston are obtained theoretically .
2 ) Based on ADAMS software , the kinematics and dynamics of the translational piston air compressor are analyzed , the advantages of the translational piston air compressor are compared from the aspects of the contact force of the sliding vane and the piston , and the reasons for its advantages are confirmed .
3 ) using ANSYS software to analyze the structural statics of the whole translational piston air compressor model to obtain the stress cloud chart of the compressor components , and provide guidance for the design improvement of the compressor ;
At last , it is proved that the translational piston air compressor is feasible in the working principle and has the superiority in performance .
