【摘要】:隨著我國經(jīng)濟格局的調(diào)整和轉(zhuǎn)變,港口服務(wù)、海洋工程正成為我國經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的重點領(lǐng)域。大型起重機械是港口貨物裝卸和海洋工程的重要裝備,隨著起升噸位和服務(wù)范圍的要求越來越高,大噸位、高揚程的起重機已經(jīng)成為現(xiàn)代港口裝卸和海洋工程服務(wù)的關(guān)鍵設(shè)備。研究具有較小尺寸的大容繩的多層卷繞系統(tǒng)是目前大型起重機的熱點問題。其中多層卷繞卷筒的構(gòu)造是實現(xiàn)高質(zhì)量多層卷繞的關(guān)鍵。 導向墊塊是多層卷繞卷筒上的重要部件,其對卷筒鋼絲繩的卷繞性能具有重要的影響。本文以武漢理工大學與日本合作研究項目——多層卷繞鋼絲繩—滑輪磨損試驗研究為依據(jù),以項目試驗中的卷筒及墊塊作為研究對象。運用有限元分析軟件ADAMS來模擬多層纏繞鋼絲繩卷筒工作時的受力,以及模擬不同導向墊塊作用下的鋼絲繩受力,對導向墊塊的形狀與鋼絲繩的使用壽命之間的影響關(guān)系進行了細致的研究,為多層卷繞鋼絲繩卷筒設(shè)計中導向墊塊尺寸的合理選擇提供依據(jù)。本文所做的主要工作有: (1)介紹了幾種不同卷筒及其強度計算方法,推導了鋼絲繩纏繞在卷筒上時的張力計算公式。通過鋼絲繩—滑輪磨損試驗裝置,分析了導向墊塊對鋼絲繩的磨損影響。 (2)構(gòu)建了卷筒的3維模型和鋼絲繩在卷筒上纏繞模型,分析了導向墊塊在鋼絲繩換層過程中起的作用,得出了鋼絲繩與導向墊塊的接觸軌跡,為鋼絲繩的受力分析打下基礎(chǔ)。 (3)利用ADAMS軟件分析導向墊塊與鋼絲繩接觸的問題,并與鋼絲繩—滑輪試驗所得的結(jié)果相比較,按照試驗中對導向墊塊的修改,在模型中做出相應(yīng)的調(diào)整,再進行仿真分析,得出了鋼絲繩壽命延長在仿真技術(shù)上的支持。對導向墊塊與提高鋼絲繩工作壽命的關(guān)聯(lián)問題,提出了幾點個人意見。
[Abstract]:With the adjustment and transformation of China's economic structure and port service, marine engineering is becoming a key area of economic development in China. Large lifting machinery is an important equipment for port cargo handling and marine engineering. As the requirements for lifting tonnage and service range become higher and higher, large tonnage, The high lift crane has become the key equipment of the modern port loading and unloading and ocean engineering service. The research on the multilayer winding system with small size large capacity rope is the hot issue of the large crane at present. The construction of tube is the key to realize high quality multilayer winding. The guide pad is an important component on the multi-layer winding drum. It has an important influence on the winding performance of reel wire rope. This paper bases on the research project of Wuhan University of Technology and Japan on the wear test of multi-layer winding wire rope and pulley. Taking the reel and gasket in the project test as the research object, the finite element analysis software ADAMS is used to simulate the force acting on the multi-layer winding wire rope reel, and to simulate the force of the wire rope under the action of different guiding blocks. The relationship between the shape of the guide pad and the service life of the wire rope is studied in detail, which provides a basis for the reasonable selection of the size of the guide pad in the design of the multi-layer winding wire rope reel. The main work of this paper is as follows:. This paper introduces several kinds of different reels and their strength calculation methods, deduces the formula of tension calculation when the wire rope is winding on the reel, and analyzes the influence of the guide pad on the wear of the steel wire rope by means of the wire rope pulley wear test device. 2) the 3D model of reel and the winding model of wire rope on the reel are constructed. The function of the guide pad in the process of changing the layer of the wire rope is analyzed, and the contact track between the wire rope and the guide pad is obtained, which lays a foundation for the force analysis of the wire rope. 3) using ADAMS software to analyze the contact problem between guide pad and wire rope, and compare with the result of wire rope pulley test, according to the modification of guide pad in test, make corresponding adjustment in the model, and then carry on simulation analysis. The support of the simulation technology for prolonging the life of steel wire rope is obtained. Some personal opinions are put forward on the connection between the guide pad and the improvement of the working life of the wire rope.
