滾動軸承可靠性評價方法研究

【摘要】:隨著滾動軸承生產(chǎn)制造水平的發(fā)展,,軸承壽命有了很大的提高。在可靠性試驗中經(jīng)常會發(fā)生少失效、單失效甚至無失效試驗結果,導致傳統(tǒng)的評價方法難以處理并做出準確的可靠性評價。為此,本文從數(shù)理統(tǒng)計中Bayes理論與可靠性試驗中序貫試驗方法兩方面,對上述問題進行理論和試驗研究;為方便上述研究成果的使用和推廣,特此編制了相應的計算評價軟件系統(tǒng)。 首先,對課題來源等做了詳細說明,闡述了滾動軸承壽命試驗及可靠性評價的重要意義,給出了滾動軸承壽命評價的常用方法。在此基礎上給出了本文研究的主要內(nèi)容和組織結構。 其次,論述了滾動軸承可靠性評價理論和可靠性試驗方法。詳述了滾動軸承壽命服從的Weibull分布,討論了Weibull分布相關參數(shù)和可靠性指標。 再次,分別從Bayes理論和序貫試驗方法兩方面展開論述。論述Bayes應用于可靠性評價的理論方法和步驟。給出了滾動軸承在小樣本少失效條件下,壽命分布參數(shù)和可靠度、可靠壽命與平均壽命等可靠性指標估計。并將Bayes方法和最佳線性不變估計方法進行比較,以證實Bayes方法的有效性。 然后,論述了滾動軸承序貫試驗的理論方法與步驟。重點研究了滾動軸承分布形狀參數(shù)的不同對產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)方風險和使用方風險的影響。最后通過計算機仿真模擬試驗,定量分析了上述問題。 在理論研究的同時,結合杭州軸承試驗研究中心試驗數(shù)據(jù)進行實例研究。 再后,基于MATLAB GUI設計和實現(xiàn)了滾動軸承可靠性評價軟件系統(tǒng)。本系統(tǒng)是基于MATLAB R2010b平臺進行開發(fā),實現(xiàn)了滾動軸承Bayes方法可靠性評價,能夠得到參數(shù)和可靠性指標的點估計和區(qū)間估計;常規(guī)估計法可靠性評價,包括最佳線性不變估計、最佳線性無偏估計、極大似然估計和最小二乘法等;序貫試驗方法可靠性評價,建立截尾序貫驗證試驗方案。 最后,對全文的研究內(nèi)容與結果進行了總結,并提出了未來的研究方向。
[Abstract]:With the development of rolling bearing manufacturing level, bearing life has been greatly improved. The traditional evaluation method is difficult to deal with and make accurate reliability evaluation. Therefore, this paper makes theoretical and experimental research on the above problems from the aspects of Bayes theory in mathematical statistics and sequential test method in reliability test. In order to facilitate the use and popularization of the above research results, a corresponding calculation and evaluation software system is developed. First of all, the source of the project is explained in detail, and the significance of life test and reliability evaluation of rolling bearing is expounded. The common methods for evaluating the life of rolling bearings are given, and the main contents and structure of this paper are given. Secondly, the reliability evaluation theory and reliability test method of rolling bearing are discussed, and the Weibull distribution of rolling bearing service life is described in detail, and the related parameters and reliability index of Weibull distribution are discussed. Thirdly, the Bayes theory and sequential test method are discussed respectively. The theoretical methods and steps of Bayes application in reliability evaluation are discussed. The life distribution parameters and reliability of rolling bearings under the condition of small sample and less failure are given. The reliability indices such as reliability life and average life are estimated, and the Bayes method and the optimal linear invariant estimation method are compared to verify the validity of the Bayes method. Then, the theoretical method and procedure of rolling bearing sequential test are discussed. The influence of different shape parameters of rolling bearing distribution on the risk of product producer and user is studied. Finally, the computer simulation test is carried out. The above problems are quantitatively analyzed. At the same time, the experimental data of Hangzhou bearing Experimental Research Center are studied. Then, based on MATLAB GUI, a rolling bearing reliability evaluation software system is designed and implemented. The system is developed on the platform of MATLAB R2010b, and the Bayes method reliability evaluation of rolling bearing is realized. The point and interval estimates of parameters and reliability indices can be obtained, the reliability evaluation of conventional estimation methods, including the optimal linear invariant estimate, the best linear unbiased estimate, the maximum likelihood estimation and the least square method, etc. The reliability evaluation of sequential test method was carried out, and the test scheme of truncated sequential test was established. Finally, the research contents and results are summarized, and the future research direction is proposed.
