【摘要】：在對(duì)雙定子擺動(dòng)液壓馬達(dá)工作原理分析的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)該新型液壓馬達(dá)的差動(dòng)連接方式進(jìn)行深入研究與計(jì)算,得出在不同差動(dòng)連接方式下該新型液壓馬達(dá)的輸出轉(zhuǎn)速與轉(zhuǎn)矩的計(jì)算公式,結(jié)果表明:雙定子擺動(dòng)液壓馬達(dá)可實(shí)現(xiàn)不同的差動(dòng)連接,且可作為一種調(diào)速方式擴(kuò)大應(yīng)用范圍,這是傳統(tǒng)擺動(dòng)液壓馬達(dá)無(wú)法實(shí)現(xiàn)的。本研究還對(duì)影響雙定子擺動(dòng)液壓馬達(dá)差動(dòng)連接的主要參數(shù)進(jìn)行了探討,為擺動(dòng)馬達(dá)的設(shè)計(jì)和選用提供了理論依據(jù),為今后研究該新型擺動(dòng)液壓馬達(dá)的差動(dòng)連接奠定了理論基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:Based on the analysis of the working principle of the double stator swing hydraulic motor, the differential connection mode of the new hydraulic motor is deeply studied and calculated. The formulas for calculating the output speed and torque of the new hydraulic motor under different differential connection modes are obtained. The results show that the double stator swinging hydraulic motor can realize different differential connections, and can be used as a speed regulation method to expand the range of application. This paper also discusses the main parameters that affect the differential connection of the double stator swing hydraulic motor, which provides a theoretical basis for the design and selection of the oscillating motor. It lays a theoretical foundation for the study of the differential connection of the new oscillating hydraulic motor in the future.
