地面驅動螺桿泵選型軟件設計

【摘要】:螺桿泵是一種旋轉容積泵。作為一種新興的人工舉升方式,它具有結構簡單、流量均勻、擾動小、攜帶能力強等優(yōu)點,特別適宜于高含砂量、高粘度和高含氣量原油的舉升。在油田開采中,發(fā)揮著巨大的作用。隨著螺桿泵技術的發(fā)展,現(xiàn)在螺桿泵在油田的使用越來越普遍了,相應的油田用螺桿泵的型號、規(guī)格越來越多,螺桿泵的選型問題就顯得越來越重要了。通常情況下采用的是人工選型,根據(jù)泵的工作介質、工作壓力、工作流量、電機安裝型式等已知條件,從眾多的樣本數(shù)據(jù)中選出符合條件的螺桿泵。人工選型需要工作人員先列出原始的數(shù)據(jù),然后估算出泵的流量和壓頭,再根據(jù)結果來選擇泵的類型及型號,最后還要進行核算之后才能實際應用。這樣的方法不僅效率低,而且容易出錯。 本文研究一種利用visual basic6.0和Microsoft Office Access2003作為開發(fā)平臺,以地面驅動螺桿泵為選型對象,開發(fā)出地面驅動螺桿泵選型軟件,該軟件主要有以下幾個模塊: 用戶登錄模塊,該模塊只允許特定的用戶登錄和使用本軟件,保證了軟件的保密性和安全性。 數(shù)據(jù)庫模塊,該模塊建立了各型號螺桿泵及油井參數(shù)的動態(tài)數(shù)據(jù)庫,使用者可以隨時增加、修改、刪除數(shù)據(jù)庫中的內容,并能備份和恢復修改后的數(shù)據(jù)庫。 設備選型模塊,該模塊能從井況數(shù)據(jù)庫中調入油井參數(shù),并運用已有的經驗公式計算出螺桿泵的理論楊程和轉排量,然后通過對比螺桿泵數(shù)據(jù)庫,選出符合條件的型號,并導出該型號的具體參數(shù)及相關資料。 桿柱校核模塊,該模塊通過導入已選定的螺桿泵的具體參數(shù),計算出螺桿泵桿柱的軸向載荷和扭矩,并利用第四強度理論進行強度校核。 故障診斷模塊,該模塊集成了生產實踐中電流診斷、扭矩診斷、油井產液三大診斷方法,使用者只需要輸入相應的表征,便可以選擇出故障的形勢和解決方法。 利用該軟件可以快速準確的選出合適的螺桿泵,既提高了工作效率又提高了選型的準確性,避免了由于泵選型不當而引發(fā)的問題,又省去了查閱樣本的麻煩。尤其在復雜工況下,選擇合適的型號,不僅可以降低成本,延長泵的使用壽命,還可以提高工作效率和系統(tǒng)的穩(wěn)定性;同時利用該軟件還可以對已選的螺桿泵進行桿柱校核和故障診斷,進一步確保了選出的泵型能滿足油田現(xiàn)場的實際要求和無故障的正常采油。本文所介紹的方法也為實現(xiàn)計算機輔助生產管理提供了一條途徑。
[Abstract]:Screw pump is a kind of rotary volumetric pump. As a new way of manual lifting, it has the advantages of simple structure, uniform flow rate, small disturbance, strong carrying capacity, etc. It is especially suitable for high sand content. Lifting of crude oil with high viscosity and high gas content. It plays a great role in oilfield production. With the development of screw pump technology, the use of screw pump in oil field is becoming more and more common. The corresponding type of screw pump used in oil field, With more and more specifications, the selection of screw pump is becoming more and more important. In general, manual selection is used, according to the known conditions of pump working medium, working pressure, working flow, motor installation type, etc. Select the suitable screw pump from a large number of sample data. The manual selection requires the staff to first list the original data, then estimate the flow rate and pressure head of the pump, and then select the type and type of the pump according to the results. This method is not only inefficient but also error-prone. In this paper, using visual basic6.0 and Microsoft Office Access2003 as the development platform and taking the ground driven screw pump as the selection object, the paper develops a software for the selection of the ground driven screw pump. The software has the following modules:. User login module, this module only allows specific users to log in and use the software, which ensures the confidentiality and security of the software. Database module, this module has established the dynamic database of the parameters of each type screw pump and oil well, the user can add, modify, delete the contents of the database at any time, and can backup and restore the modified database. Equipment selection module, this module can transfer well parameters from the well condition database, and use the existing empirical formula to calculate the theoretical poplar and displacement of screw pump, then by comparing the screw pump database, select the eligible model. The specific parameters and relevant data of the model are derived. By introducing the selected parameters of the screw pump, the axial load and torque of the screw pump are calculated, and the strength is checked by the 4th strength theory. The fault diagnosis module integrates three diagnostic methods of current diagnosis torque diagnosis and oil well liquid production in production practice. The user can select the fault situation and solution only by inputting the corresponding representation. By using this software, the suitable screw pump can be selected quickly and accurately, which not only improves the working efficiency but also improves the accuracy of the type selection, and avoids the problems caused by the improper selection of the pump. Especially under complex working conditions, choosing the appropriate model can not only reduce the cost, prolong the service life of the pump, but also improve the working efficiency and the stability of the system. At the same time, the software can also be used to check the rod column and diagnose the fault of the selected screw pump. It is further ensured that the selected pump type can meet the actual requirements of the oil field and the normal oil production without fault. The method introduced in this paper also provides a way to realize the computer-aided production management.
