【摘要】:高速液壓夯實(shí)機(jī)具有夯擊能量高,轉(zhuǎn)場(chǎng)方便等優(yōu)點(diǎn),廣泛應(yīng)用于基礎(chǔ)建設(shè)行業(yè)。對(duì)高速液壓夯實(shí)機(jī)的結(jié)構(gòu)及其液壓工作原理進(jìn)行了簡(jiǎn)要說(shuō)明;分析了高速液壓夯實(shí)機(jī)在液壓系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)中存在的問(wèn)題,并對(duì)液壓系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了改進(jìn);制定了液壓系統(tǒng)的優(yōu)化方案,大大提高了高速液壓夯實(shí)機(jī)的系統(tǒng)穩(wěn)定性和可靠性。最后對(duì)高速液壓夯實(shí)機(jī)未來(lái)的發(fā)展提出了建議。
[Abstract]:High speed hydraulic ramming machine has the advantages of high tamping energy and convenient turning field. It is widely used in infrastructure industry. The structure of high speed hydraulic ramming machine and its hydraulic working principle are briefly explained. The problems existing in the hydraulic system design of high speed hydraulic ramming machine are analyzed, and the hydraulic system is improved. The system stability and reliability of high speed hydraulic ramming machine are greatly improved. Finally, some suggestions for the future development of high speed hydraulic ramming machine are put forward.
