80米圓型堆取料機(jī)的改進(jìn)設(shè)計(jì)與分析

【摘要】:圓型堆取料機(jī)是水泥,電力,煤炭企業(yè)圓型料場(chǎng)的預(yù)均化設(shè)備,是保證企業(yè)連續(xù)生產(chǎn)的關(guān)鍵設(shè)備,圓型堆取料機(jī)的性能直接決定企業(yè)產(chǎn)品的穩(wěn)定性和可靠性。因此保證圓型堆取料機(jī)的機(jī)構(gòu)和結(jié)構(gòu)的先進(jìn)性是改進(jìn)設(shè)備整體性能的前提。 本文以河南煤業(yè)集團(tuán)的實(shí)際項(xiàng)目為工程背景,對(duì)現(xiàn)有的80米圓形料場(chǎng)堆取料機(jī)進(jìn)行了深入分析與研究,提出改進(jìn)方案,完成新設(shè)計(jì),并實(shí)施于產(chǎn)品的實(shí)際研制中。 本文首先收集和研究國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)文獻(xiàn),闡述了80米圓型料場(chǎng)堆取料機(jī)現(xiàn)有組成與工作原理。 其次在分析現(xiàn)有的結(jié)構(gòu)機(jī)構(gòu)形式基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)料場(chǎng)儲(chǔ)量空間、行走驅(qū)動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)和回轉(zhuǎn)驅(qū)動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)等提出相應(yīng)改進(jìn)方案,使機(jī)構(gòu)更為緊湊、整機(jī)性能有效提高。 最后對(duì)堆取料機(jī)的鋼結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),并建立有限元模型,校核分析結(jié)構(gòu)的強(qiáng)度與剛度,對(duì)比分析了改進(jìn)前后結(jié)構(gòu)的應(yīng)力狀態(tài),以表明改進(jìn)后結(jié)構(gòu)的合理性。 通過(guò)實(shí)際產(chǎn)品的試制與應(yīng)用,進(jìn)一步表明改進(jìn)后的結(jié)構(gòu)機(jī)構(gòu)的可行性。
[Abstract]:The circular stacker is the pre-homogenization equipment of the circular material yard in cement, electric power and coal enterprises, and is the key equipment to ensure the continuous production of the enterprise. The performance of round stacker directly determines the stability and reliability of enterprise products, so it is a prerequisite to improve the overall performance of the equipment to ensure the advancement of the mechanism and structure of the circular stacker. Taking the actual project of Henan Coal Industry Group as the engineering background, this paper makes a thorough analysis and research on the existing 80m circular material yard heap-collecting machine, puts forward the improvement scheme, completes the new design, and implements it in the actual development of the product. This paper first collects and studies the relevant literature at home and abroad, and expounds the existing composition and working principle of the 80 meter round yard stacker. Secondly, on the basis of analyzing the existing structural mechanism, the paper puts forward the corresponding improvement schemes for the reserve space of the material farm, the walking drive mechanism and the rotary drive mechanism, so that the mechanism is more compact and the performance of the whole machine can be improved effectively. Finally, the steel structure of the stacker is designed, the finite element model is established, the strength and stiffness of the structure are checked and analyzed, and the stress state of the structure before and after the improvement is compared and analyzed to show the rationality of the improved structure. The feasibility of the improved structure mechanism is further demonstrated by the trial production and application of the actual product.
