【摘要】：以RV減速器為研究對(duì)象,利用相似零部件的可靠性數(shù)據(jù),結(jié)合手冊(cè)對(duì)RV減速器行星齒輪子系統(tǒng)和擺線輪子系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)方案進(jìn)行可靠性預(yù)計(jì),分析組件在不同連接方式下子系統(tǒng)可靠度隨時(shí)間變化的趨勢(shì)。結(jié)果表明:改善RV減速器子系統(tǒng)的薄弱環(huán)節(jié)能有效提高整機(jī)系統(tǒng)的可靠度和平均無故障工作時(shí)間。通過分析零部件的失效數(shù)據(jù),得到相對(duì)準(zhǔn)確的失效分布規(guī)律,對(duì)RV減速器可靠性評(píng)估和預(yù)測(cè)提供一種有效的途徑。
[Abstract]:Taking the RV reducer as the research object, using the reliability data of the similar parts and combining with the manual, the reliability prediction of the design scheme of the planetary gear subsystem and cycloidal wheel system of the RV reducer is carried out. The variation trend of subsystem reliability with time under different connection modes is analyzed. The results show that improving the weak link of RV reducer subsystem can effectively improve the reliability of the whole machine system and the average fault-free working time. By analyzing the failure data of components, A relatively accurate failure distribution law is obtained, which provides an effective way for reliability evaluation and prediction of RV reducer.
