螺桿壓縮機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)子反向設(shè)計(jì)與動(dòng)力學(xué)仿真

【摘要】:針對(duì)傳統(tǒng)的雙螺桿壓縮機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)子型線的正向設(shè)計(jì)方法,計(jì)算過程繁瑣復(fù)雜,且無法預(yù)判型線綜合性能的問題,在深入研究嚙合線與轉(zhuǎn)子型線間關(guān)系的基礎(chǔ)上,提出一種反向設(shè)計(jì)方法:通過設(shè)計(jì)嚙合線反求獲得陰陽轉(zhuǎn)子型線。建立反向設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)陰陽轉(zhuǎn)子的坐標(biāo)轉(zhuǎn)換關(guān)系,基于嚙合原理推導(dǎo)反向設(shè)計(jì)陰陽轉(zhuǎn)子型線的具體過程,分別以幾種典型曲線作為嚙合線段反求陰陽轉(zhuǎn)子型線方程。在GHH型線的研究基礎(chǔ)上,自行設(shè)計(jì)了一條嚙合線,反向推導(dǎo)計(jì)算出一對(duì)陰陽轉(zhuǎn)子型線進(jìn)行流體分析并與GHH型線對(duì)比,發(fā)現(xiàn)該反向設(shè)計(jì)轉(zhuǎn)子型線與GHH型線性能接近。結(jié)合實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,反向設(shè)計(jì)方法可有效應(yīng)用于螺桿轉(zhuǎn)子型線設(shè)計(jì)。
[Abstract]:In view of the traditional forward design method of rotor profile of twin-screw compressor, the calculation process is complicated, and the comprehensive performance of the profile line can not be forecasted. On the basis of deeply studying the relationship between meshing line and rotor profile line, In this paper, a reverse design method is put forward: the rotor profile of yin and yang is obtained by reverse design of meshing line, and the coordinate transformation relation of rotor of yin and yang in reverse design is established, and the concrete process of reverse design of profile of rotor of yin and yang is deduced based on the meshing principle. On the basis of the research of GHH profile, a meshing line is designed and a pair of yin-yang rotor profile lines are derived and analyzed by reverse derivation and compared with GHH type lines. It is found that the linear energy of the rotor profile of the reverse design is close to that of the GHH type. The experimental results show that the reverse design method can be effectively applied to the profile design of the screw rotor.
