【摘要】：過盈聯(lián)接是軸系零件之間一種常見的配合形式。以軸系中軸與軸套的過盈聯(lián)接結(jié)構(gòu)為對象,通過多個截面的誤差測試與曲面擬合描述過盈聯(lián)接面的形狀誤差,將形狀誤差等效為零件表面離散節(jié)點的實際位置相對于理想位置的偏移,采用有限元節(jié)點偏移構(gòu)造實際軸與軸套過盈聯(lián)接結(jié)構(gòu)的有限元接觸模型,分析配合面過盈量、形狀誤差以及裝配狀態(tài)等對軸套外圓柱面幾何特征的影響,建立過盈聯(lián)接結(jié)構(gòu)形狀誤差的映射與傳遞關(guān)系,為軸系精度分析、軸系零件選配以及裝配工藝參數(shù)選擇提供基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:Interference fit is a common form of cooperation between the parts. The shafting interference connection shaft axis and sleeve as the object, through multiple section error test and surface fitting description of interference fit surface shape error, the actual position is equivalent to parts of the surface shape error of discrete nodes offsets, the the finite element structural finite element and the actual offset shaft sleeve structure fit coupling contact model, analysis with the amount of interference, influence of shape error and assembly state of cylindrical geometry on the cylindrical sleeve, through the establishment of mapping interference connection and transmission structure shape error, analysis for shafting precision of shafting parts selection and the assembly process parameters provide the basis.
