鍍鉻缸套摩擦磨損性能研究

【摘要】:內(nèi)燃機(jī)性能的不斷強(qiáng)化使處于復(fù)雜工況的缸套-活塞環(huán)摩擦副工作環(huán)境更加惡劣,所以對缸套-活塞環(huán)摩擦副的耐磨性、抗黏著性等綜合性能提出了更高的要求。因此,系統(tǒng)地開展缸套-活塞環(huán)的摩擦學(xué)性能研究,探索不同工況下的摩擦磨損規(guī)律和機(jī)制,為缸套-活塞環(huán)的應(yīng)用及摩擦學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)提供理論基礎(chǔ),對于改善內(nèi)燃機(jī)的摩擦學(xué)性能有著重要的意義。 本文針對鍍鉻缸套,選擇PVD氮化鉻活塞環(huán)和噴鉬活塞環(huán)為配副材料,秉承試樣試驗(yàn)的磨損形式-條件模擬準(zhǔn)則,采用自行研制的對置往復(fù)式摩擦磨損試驗(yàn)機(jī),開展載荷級(jí)試驗(yàn)、磨損試驗(yàn)、貧油試驗(yàn),研究載荷、溫度對不同缸套-活塞環(huán)摩擦系數(shù)、磨損量、斷油摩擦?xí)r間的影響規(guī)律,通過分析試驗(yàn)后缸套、活塞環(huán)試樣表面形貌及其化學(xué)成分,研究缸套-活塞環(huán)的摩擦磨損機(jī)理。 結(jié)果表明: (1)當(dāng)溫度大于70℃時(shí),鍍鉻缸套-噴鉬活塞環(huán)摩擦副的摩擦系數(shù)隨著溫度的升高而下降;鍍鉻缸套-PVD氮化鉻活塞環(huán)的摩擦系數(shù)先下降后上升。 (2)載荷對摩擦副磨損量的影響比溫度更明顯。相同載荷、溫度、轉(zhuǎn)速條件下配副為PVD氮化鉻活塞環(huán)的鍍鉻缸套比配副為噴鉬活塞環(huán)的鍍鉻缸套磨損嚴(yán)重,但磨損量甚微。鍍鉻缸套的磨損機(jī)理以剝離形式的疲勞磨損為主。 3)當(dāng)載荷小于60MPa、溫度低于200℃時(shí),鍍鉻缸套-PVD氮化鉻活塞環(huán)的抗黏著性能優(yōu)于鍍鉻缸套-噴鉬活塞環(huán),隨著載荷增加、溫度升高,兩對摩擦副的抗黏著性能均下降。鍍鉻缸套-PVD氮化鉻活塞環(huán)異常黏著磨損的主要機(jī)制是摩擦副局部高溫軟化變形;鍍鉻缸套-噴鉬活塞環(huán)異常黏著磨損的主要機(jī)制是噴鋁層材料黏附在鍍鉻層上造成局部黏著。
[Abstract]:Continue to strengthen the engine performance of the piston in the complex conditions of the cylinder friction ring work environment is more severe, so the friction and wear resistance of the side of cylinder piston ring, the higher requirements of comprehensive performance of anti adhesion is proposed. Therefore, to carry out the system of cylinder piston ring friction resistance of friction, explore the wear law and mechanism under different conditions, and provide a theoretical basis for the application of tribology design of cylinder piston ring, is of great significance for the improvement of tribological properties of internal combustion engine.
This paper chooses PVD chromium nitride chrome liner, piston ring and piston ring for a pair of molybdenum spraying material, wear simulation criteria form - test the adhering conditions, using self-developed opposed reciprocating friction wear testing machine to carry out load test, wear test, oil test, study load, temperature of different cylinder piston ring friction coefficient, wear volume, influence of broken oil friction time, through the analysis of the test after the cylinder liner, piston ring specimen surface and its chemical composition, study on the friction and wear mechanism of cylinder piston ring.
The results show that:
(1) when the temperature is greater than 70 degrees, the friction coefficient of the friction pair of chrome plated cylinder liner and molybdenum spray piston ring decreases with the increase of temperature. The friction coefficient of chrome plated cylinder liner -PVD chromium nitride piston ring first decreases and then rises.
(2) load on the friction and wear effect than temperature is more obvious. The same load, temperature, speed under the condition of a pair of PVD chromium nitride piston ring cylinder side of chrome plated cylinder than chrome sprayed molybdenum piston ring wear, but the wear volume is minimal. The wear mechanism of the cylinder with chrome stripping in the form of fatigue wear.
3) when the load is less than 60MPa, the temperature is lower than 200 DEG C, chrome plated cylinder -PVD chromium nitride piston ring anti adhesion performance is better than that of chrome plated cylinder - sprayed molybdenum piston ring, with the increase of load, temperature, anti adhesion performance of two pairs of friction pair was decreased. The main mechanism of cylinder piston ring -PVD chrome plating chromium nitride abnormal adhesion wear is the local friction softening deformation; the main mechanism of cylinder piston ring chrome molybdenum anomaly is sprayed aluminum layer adhesive wear material adhesion caused by focal adhesion in the chrome layer.
