【摘要】：針對內(nèi)平動齒輪減速器的振動測試問題,提出了基于虛擬儀器的內(nèi)平動齒輪減速器振動測試與分析系統(tǒng),通過測試試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證了該系統(tǒng)的可行性和正確性。測試結(jié)果表明:各測點(diǎn)處的振動幅值與轉(zhuǎn)速成正比;在同等轉(zhuǎn)速不同負(fù)載情況下,最大振幅基本不變,但均方值有明顯的增加;各工況下的振動信號均是以輸入軸齒輪與分流齒輪的嚙合頻率的各倍頻為主振頻率、以工頻的3倍頻為間隔;減速器在X軸和Y軸方向的振動規(guī)律大致相同,不同點(diǎn)產(chǎn)生的原因是X、Y方向上的結(jié)構(gòu)分布不同。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the vibration test of internal translational gear reducer, a virtual instrument based vibration test and analysis system for internal translational gear reducer is proposed. The feasibility and correctness of the system are verified by the test results. The test results show that the vibration amplitude at each measuring point is proportional to the rotational speed, the maximum amplitude is basically unchanged at the same speed and different loads, but the mean square value is obviously increased. The vibration signals under each working condition are mainly the frequency doubling of the meshing frequency of the input shaft gear and the shunt gear, and the interval is 3 times of the power frequency, and the vibration law of the reducer in the direction of X axis and Y axis is roughly the same. The reason for the difference is that the structure distribution in XY direction is different.
