【摘要】：隨著齒輪應(yīng)用技術(shù)的發(fā)展,對(duì)齒輪精度提出了更高的要求,以實(shí)現(xiàn)齒輪傳動(dòng)高轉(zhuǎn)速、高功率、低噪聲和高傳動(dòng)精度的目標(biāo)。采用滾刀加工齒輪的過(guò)程中,若忽略刀具的幾何形狀誤差,滾刀安裝誤差就成為影響齒輪平穩(wěn)性精度的主要因素之一。從滾刀安裝誤差出發(fā),分析了滾刀安裝誤差對(duì)齒輪精度的影響,并依據(jù)范成法加工齒輪的原理,分別建立齒輪坐標(biāo)系和刀具坐標(biāo)系,利用坐標(biāo)變換的方法推導(dǎo)出齒輪的齒廓方程,為齒輪三維參數(shù)化精確建模提供了設(shè)計(jì)基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:With the development of gear application technology, higher requirements for gear accuracy are put forward in order to achieve the goal of high speed, high power, low noise and high transmission precision of gear transmission. If the geometric error of the cutter is ignored, the hob installation error becomes one of the main factors that affect the accuracy of gear smoothness. Based on the hob installation error, the influence of hob mounting error on gear accuracy is analyzed. On the basis of the principle of machining gear by the method of generative method, the gear coordinate system and the tool coordinate system are established, and the tooth profile equation of the gear is derived by the method of coordinate transformation, which provides the design basis for the accurate 3D parametric modeling of the gear.
