基于EON的機械基礎虛擬實驗室的研究與實現(xiàn)

【摘要】:機械基礎實驗教學是高等院校工程類專業(yè)實驗教學重要的組成部分。完整的課程體系不僅是學生獲得知識的重要途徑,同時對全面培養(yǎng)學生的科學作風、實驗技能以及綜合分析、發(fā)現(xiàn)和解決問題的能力,使學生具有創(chuàng)新、創(chuàng)業(yè)精神和實踐能力起到重要的作用。虛擬現(xiàn)實(Virtual Reality,簡稱VR)技術是建設虛擬實驗室的重要支撐技術之一。近年來,VR技術在機械設計、裝配,樣機制造各領域都得到了廣泛的應用。國內(nèi)外也已有部分高校初步建立了虛擬實驗室,但由于機械基礎類實驗對過程的運動仿真要求非常高,目前系統(tǒng)化的機械基礎虛擬實驗室很少。 本文構(gòu)建了機械基礎虛擬實驗系統(tǒng)框架,對虛擬實驗中的若干關鍵技術問題進行了深入研究,選取典型實驗實現(xiàn)了基于虛擬現(xiàn)實技術的機械基礎實驗教學平臺,較好地彌補了傳統(tǒng)實驗教學中存在的不足。本文的主要工作如下: (1)深入分析了機械基礎實驗教學的結(jié)構(gòu)體系,針對實際教學需求,構(gòu)建了機械基礎虛擬實驗室的系統(tǒng)框架。 (2)對機械基礎虛擬實驗室的模型進行了分類,從人手的生理結(jié)構(gòu)出發(fā),對虛擬手的靜態(tài)建模、動態(tài)控制和人機交互進行了分析和研究,提出了具體的解決方案,建立了數(shù)據(jù)手套與虛擬手的映射關系,實現(xiàn)了人機交互。 (3)對機械基礎虛擬實驗中的碰撞檢測、約束導引等虛擬實驗中的核心技術問題進行了深入研究,,并提出了相應的解決方案,對虛擬實驗室軟硬件系統(tǒng)的集成技術進行了深入研究,實現(xiàn)了數(shù)據(jù)手套及位置跟蹤器與虛擬實驗室的集成。 (4)基于以上工作,以EON Studio作為虛擬現(xiàn)實平臺、3DMAX作為建模工具,結(jié)合EON SDK、5DT SDK和FASTRAK SDK,對機械基礎虛擬實驗室進行了開發(fā),構(gòu)建了逼真的實驗場景,實現(xiàn)了機械基礎虛擬實驗室各功能模塊;陔p通道立體投影系統(tǒng)對虛擬實驗室進行了實驗效果驗證,并對虛擬實驗室的網(wǎng)絡發(fā)布進行了有益嘗試。
[Abstract]:Experimental teaching of mechanical foundation is an important part of experimental teaching of engineering major in colleges and universities. A complete course system is not only an important way for students to acquire knowledge, but also an important way to cultivate students' scientific style of work in an all-round way. Experimental skills and the ability to find and solve problems through comprehensive analysis make students have the ability of innovation, entrepreneurship and practice. Virtual reality plays an important role in virtual reality. VR-based technology is one of the important supporting technologies in the construction of virtual laboratory. In recent years, VR technology has been used in mechanical design and assembly. Prototype manufacturing has been widely used in all fields. Some colleges and universities have initially established virtual laboratories at home and abroad, but because of the mechanical foundation experiments, the process motion simulation requirements are very high. At present, there are few systematic virtual laboratories of mechanical foundation. In this paper, a mechanical basic virtual experiment system framework is constructed, and some key technical problems in virtual experiment are deeply studied. Typical experiments are selected to realize the experimental teaching platform of mechanical foundation based on virtual reality technology, which makes up for the shortcomings of traditional experimental teaching. The main work of this paper is as follows: 1) the structure system of mechanical basic experiment teaching is deeply analyzed, and the system frame of mechanical basic virtual laboratory is constructed according to the actual teaching demand. This paper classifies the models of the mechanical basic virtual laboratory, analyzes and studies the static modeling, dynamic control and man-machine interaction of the virtual hand from the physiological structure of the human hand. The concrete solution is put forward, the mapping relationship between data glove and virtual hand is established, and the man-machine interaction is realized. 3) the key technical problems in virtual experiments such as collision detection, constraint guidance and so on are deeply studied, and the corresponding solutions are put forward. The integration technology of hardware and software system of virtual laboratory is deeply studied, and the integration of data glove and position tracker with virtual laboratory is realized. Based on the above work, using EON Studio as virtual reality platform and EON SDK as modeling tool. 5DT SDK and FASTRAK SDK, the virtual laboratory of mechanical foundation has been developed, and a realistic experimental scene has been constructed. The functional modules of the mechanical basic virtual laboratory are realized, and the experimental results of the virtual laboratory are verified based on the dual-channel stereoscopic projection system, and a useful attempt is made to publish the virtual laboratory on the network.
