機(jī)械運(yùn)動(dòng)系統(tǒng)行為結(jié)構(gòu)時(shí)序優(yōu)化及應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:機(jī)械運(yùn)動(dòng)行為結(jié)構(gòu)時(shí)序優(yōu)化即傳統(tǒng)工藝動(dòng)作時(shí)序關(guān)系優(yōu)化過程,因而是機(jī)械產(chǎn)品優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)的重要方法。由于缺乏合適的建模及計(jì)算機(jī)表達(dá)方法,目前在該層次進(jìn)行計(jì)算機(jī)輔助時(shí)序優(yōu)化的研究仍處于起步階段。論文結(jié)合具有典型機(jī)械運(yùn)動(dòng)特征的粽子自動(dòng)扎線技術(shù),研究其工藝動(dòng)作時(shí)序關(guān)系及自動(dòng)化扎線原始行為結(jié)構(gòu)生成方法,以及基于搭接網(wǎng)絡(luò)的行為結(jié)構(gòu)表達(dá)算法,并基于行為原始分組規(guī)則、行為時(shí)序配合關(guān)系約束來對(duì)行為結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,研究?jī)?nèi)容主要包括: 1.基于行為原始分組的行為關(guān)系時(shí)序優(yōu)化研究。制定行為之間的連續(xù)關(guān)系規(guī)則并以此構(gòu)建實(shí)現(xiàn)行為原始分組的數(shù)學(xué)模型,以實(shí)現(xiàn)將所有工藝動(dòng)作的原始分組結(jié)果即原始行為結(jié)構(gòu)通過計(jì)算機(jī)輔助的方式得到。并結(jié)合粽子自動(dòng)扎線機(jī)實(shí)例進(jìn)行了說明。 2.基于搭接網(wǎng)絡(luò)的行為結(jié)構(gòu)表達(dá)研究。將行為之間的時(shí)序關(guān)系運(yùn)用搭接網(wǎng)絡(luò)圖進(jìn)行表達(dá),并對(duì)搭接網(wǎng)絡(luò)表達(dá)的相應(yīng)算法進(jìn)行研究。 3.基于協(xié)調(diào)運(yùn)動(dòng)的行為結(jié)構(gòu)時(shí)序優(yōu)化。定義行為之間的先行運(yùn)動(dòng)關(guān)系和相依運(yùn)動(dòng)關(guān)系,并以此來對(duì)不同組之間行為進(jìn)行時(shí)間約束,以實(shí)現(xiàn)在基于原始分組結(jié)果的原始行為結(jié)構(gòu)中以添加先行運(yùn)動(dòng)關(guān)系和相依運(yùn)動(dòng)關(guān)系來對(duì)行為結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行運(yùn)動(dòng)配合優(yōu)化。并結(jié)合粽子自動(dòng)扎線機(jī)做了實(shí)例說明。 4.對(duì)各行為節(jié)點(diǎn)進(jìn)行分析,制定各節(jié)點(diǎn)的時(shí)間參數(shù),并以此構(gòu)建能通過計(jì)算機(jī)輔助由行為搭接網(wǎng)絡(luò)圖得到初步機(jī)械運(yùn)動(dòng)循環(huán)圖的轉(zhuǎn)換方法數(shù)學(xué)模型,并分析了如何在初步運(yùn)動(dòng)循環(huán)圖的基礎(chǔ)上添加運(yùn)動(dòng)性質(zhì)和如何進(jìn)行行為表達(dá)合并,以得到最終運(yùn)動(dòng)循環(huán)圖。 5.分析了影響行為結(jié)構(gòu)的主要因素:行為關(guān)系復(fù)雜性、整體工作周期、系統(tǒng)穩(wěn)定性、行為結(jié)構(gòu)所包含的行為數(shù)量,并對(duì)各影響因子的評(píng)價(jià)度進(jìn)行了研究,然后給出了行為結(jié)構(gòu)的評(píng)價(jià)方法。此外,還制定了方案可行性評(píng)價(jià)矩陣、協(xié)調(diào)度評(píng)價(jià)矩陣,以此來對(duì)執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)方案的方案進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),以確定最優(yōu)方案。 論文結(jié)合粽子自動(dòng)扎線機(jī)工藝動(dòng)作時(shí)序優(yōu)化為實(shí)例進(jìn)行說明,最終結(jié)果表明該研究方法改善了粽子自動(dòng)扎線機(jī)的設(shè)計(jì)過程,優(yōu)化縮短了各執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)的動(dòng)作周期,提高了動(dòng)作之間的協(xié)調(diào)度,從而提高了粽子的包扎效率。
[Abstract]:The timing optimization of mechanical motion behavior structure is the process of traditional process action timing relationship optimization, so it is an important method of mechanical product optimization design. Due to the lack of appropriate modeling and computer expression method. At present, the research of computer aided timing optimization at this level is still in its infancy. The sequential relation of process action, the method of generating the original behavior structure of automatic wire binding, and the expression algorithm of behavior structure based on overlay network are studied, and the original grouping rules of behavior are also studied. To optimize the behavior structure with the constraint of behavior timing, the main contents of the research are as follows: 1. Research on behavioral relationship timing optimization based on behavior primitive grouping. Make continuous relation rules between behaviors and construct mathematical model to realize behavior original grouping. In order to realize the original grouping result of all the technological actions, that is, the original behavior structure is obtained by means of computer aid, and the example of zongzi automatic wire binding machine is given. 2. The behavior structure representation based on the lap network is studied. The temporal relationship between the behaviors is expressed by the overlapped network graph, and the corresponding algorithm of the overlapped network expression is studied. 3. Timing optimization of behavior structure based on coordinated motion. The first motion relation and dependent motion relationship between behaviors are defined, and then time constraints are applied to the behavior of different groups. In order to realize the optimization of the behavior structure in the original behavior structure based on the original grouping result by adding the leading motion relation and the dependent motion relation, the paper also gives an example of zongzi automatic wire binding machine. 4. Analyze the behavior nodes, make the time parameters of each node, and construct the mathematical model of the conversion method which can get the initial mechanical motion cycle diagram by computer aided overlay network diagram. It also analyzes how to add motion properties to the initial motion cycle graph and how to combine the behavior expression to obtain the final motion cycle graph. 5. The main factors influencing the behavior structure are analyzed, such as the complexity of behavior relationship, the whole work cycle, the stability of the system, the number of behaviors contained in the behavior structure, and the evaluation degree of each influence factor. Then, the evaluation method of behavior structure is given. In addition, the feasibility evaluation matrix and coordination evaluation matrix are made to evaluate the scheme of executing agency to determine the optimal scheme. The paper combined with zongzi automatic wire binding machine process sequence optimization for an example to explain, the final results show that the research method improved the design process of zongzi automatic wire binding machine. The optimization shortens the action cycle of each executive body, improves the coordination degree between the movements, and thus improves the efficiency of zongzi bandaging.
