拍打門機構測試平臺的研制

【摘要】:拍打門機構的檢修過程包括兩部分,,分別為部件的清潔檢測、整個機構的性能測試,其中,整個機構的性能測試需要在閘機上進行。在測試過程中,拍打門機構的拆裝、測試步驟繁瑣、耗時長,且需要兩個人同時進行,不僅大大降低了檢修效率,而且消耗了大量的人力、物力。隨著客流量的不斷增加,拍打門機構的使用頻率將會大大增加,需要我們縮短檢修周期,提高檢修效率,以確保機構的安全穩(wěn)定運行。 同時由于拍打門機構上的扇門、電機及變速器均為進口部件,為保證采購部件的質(zhì)量,要對部件進行疲勞性測試。但是由于目前我們?nèi)狈τ行У臏y試手段,嚴重制約著備件的采購。 為了改變目前閘機拍打門機構維檢修后測試困難、工作效率低的現(xiàn)狀,搭建了一套可以離線測試拍打門機構的測試平臺,可以大幅提高了拍打門機構測試工作的效率,同時還擴展了拍打門機構可實現(xiàn)的檢測工作種類,提升了設備維護水平。 本課題主要完成了以下工作: 1、采集拍打門機構的通訊信號,做到信號全面、準確。 2、焊接固定平臺,力求焊接牢靠、固定平穩(wěn)、便于機構安裝。 3、搭建硬件電路,基于單片機、串口通訊技術實現(xiàn)離線控制。 4、利用VB設計的上位機監(jiān)控軟件,做到功能全面、界面友好、效果直觀。 5、安裝調(diào)試,進行全面的測試,確保穩(wěn)定運行。 上述工作表明,本課題研制的拍打門機構測試平臺,滿足了拍打門檢修和疲勞測試的需求,改變了目前國內(nèi)沒有拍打門機構測試裝置的現(xiàn)狀,實現(xiàn)了對國產(chǎn)化部件的疲勞性測試,該裝置能夠靈活設定拍打門的動作次數(shù)及測試頻率,同時還能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)單門測試,雙門同時測試等功能,完全能夠滿足各國產(chǎn)部件疲勞性測試的需求。
[Abstract]:The inspection and repair process of the door beating mechanism consists of two parts, one is the cleaning inspection of the parts, the other is the performance test of the whole mechanism, among which, the performance test of the whole mechanism needs to be carried out on gate. The test steps are tedious, time-consuming, and need two people to carry out at the same time. It not only greatly reduces the efficiency of maintenance, but also consumes a lot of manpower and material resources. With the continuous increase of passenger flow. The frequency of use of the flapping mechanism will be greatly increased, which requires us to shorten the maintenance period and improve the maintenance efficiency to ensure the safe and stable operation of the mechanism. At the same time, because the door, motor and transmission are imported parts, to ensure the quality of purchasing parts, the fatigue test of the parts is necessary. However, due to the lack of effective testing means at present. The purchase of spare parts is seriously restricted. In order to change the present situation that gate patting door mechanism is difficult to test after maintenance maintenance and work efficiency is low, a set of testing platform can be set up to test the door mechanism off-line. It can greatly improve the efficiency of the testing work of the door beating mechanism, and at the same time, it also expands the types of inspection work that can be realized by the door beating mechanism, and improves the maintenance level of the equipment. The main work of this thesis is as follows: 1. Collect the communication signal of the beating door mechanism, so that the signal is comprehensive and accurate. 2, welding fixed platform, strive to secure welding, stable fixation, easy to install. 3, build hardware circuit, based on single-chip microcomputer, serial communication technology to achieve off-line control. 4. Using the software designed by VB, the function is comprehensive, the interface is friendly, and the effect is intuitionistic. 5. Install and debug, carry out comprehensive test to ensure stable operation. The above work shows that the test platform of the flapping mechanism developed in this paper can meet the needs of the inspection and repair of the flapping door and the fatigue test, and has changed the present situation of the testing device without the smashing mechanism in our country. The fatigue test of domestic components is realized. The device can flexibly set the action times and test frequency of the beating door, and can also realize the functions of single-door test and two-door simultaneous testing. It can fully meet the fatigue test requirements of domestic components.
