【摘要】：采購庫存管理是企業(yè)管理中的一項重要的工作,合理的采購庫存管理可以幫助企業(yè)節(jié)約運營成本、盡可能多地獲取利潤。因此在水平集成型虛擬組織中,探討如何對原材料進行采購庫存,對于提升虛擬組織的核心競爭力,具有積極的意義。 本文以聯(lián)合采購庫存管理、GA-BP網(wǎng)絡(luò)理論、層次分析法等為理論基礎(chǔ),以水平集成型虛擬組織為對象,研究了原材料的采購庫存問題,建立了采購提前期的預(yù)測模型和原材料分類集中式聯(lián)合庫存模型,豐富完善了虛擬組織的理論。 論文首先從采購和庫存理論出發(fā),結(jié)合水平集成型虛擬組織原材料的特點,提出了原材料采購庫存管理的三種模式。在此基礎(chǔ)上,得到了水平集成型虛擬組織的聯(lián)合采購、聯(lián)合庫存模型,并闡述了在水平集成型虛擬組織中實施聯(lián)合采購、聯(lián)合庫存的優(yōu)越性。 采購提前期對水平集成型虛擬組織的生產(chǎn)運作起了非常重要的作用。本文首先建立了采購提前期的預(yù)測模型;其次,基于GA-BP神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)對采購提前期進行仿真實驗,得到了比較準(zhǔn)確的采購提前期預(yù)測值。 原材料的庫存管理是水平集成型虛擬組織生產(chǎn)運作過程中的一個核心內(nèi)容。論文建立了水平集成型虛擬組織的聯(lián)合庫存管理模型,重點分析了影響原材料聯(lián)合庫存的因素,提出了原材料集中分類式聯(lián)合庫存管理方法;并結(jié)合過程能力指數(shù)對水平集成型虛擬組織的庫存時間進行分析,判斷滿足6σ水平時所需的庫存時間范圍。
[Abstract]:Purchasing inventory management is an important work in enterprise management. Reasonable purchasing inventory management can help enterprises save operating costs and obtain as much profits as possible. Therefore, in horizontal integrated virtual organizations. It is of positive significance to discuss how to purchase inventory of raw materials to enhance the core competitiveness of virtual organization. Based on GA-BP network theory and analytic hierarchy process (AHP) theory of joint purchasing inventory management, this paper studies the purchasing inventory of raw materials based on horizontal integrated virtual organization. The prediction model of purchasing lead time and the centralized inventory model of material classification are established, which enriches and perfects the theory of virtual organization. Based on the theory of purchasing and inventory and combining with the characteristics of horizontal integrated virtual organization, this paper puts forward three modes of inventory management for purchasing raw materials. The joint purchasing and joint inventory model of horizontal integrated virtual organization are obtained, and the advantages of joint purchasing and joint inventory in horizontal integrated virtual organization are expounded. Purchasing lead time plays a very important role in the production and operation of horizontal integrated virtual organization. Secondly, the procurement lead time is simulated based on GA-BP neural network, and the more accurate prediction value of purchase lead time is obtained. Inventory management of raw materials is a core content in the production and operation of horizontal integrated virtual organization. This paper establishes a joint inventory management model of horizontal integrated virtual organization. The factors that affect the joint inventory of raw materials are analyzed, and the method of centralized and classified joint inventory management of raw materials is put forward. The inventory time of the horizontal integrated virtual organization is analyzed with the process capability index, and the time range of inventory required to meet the 6 蟽 level is determined.
