湖南省工程機(jī)械產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈縱向關(guān)聯(lián)研究

【摘要】:分工的不斷細(xì)化與競爭的日趨激烈,加強(qiáng)了產(chǎn)業(yè)間、產(chǎn)業(yè)內(nèi)的各部門各環(huán)節(jié)間的相互聯(lián)系,競爭不再僅僅局限于企業(yè)之間“點(diǎn)”的競爭,更是擴(kuò)展產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的各個(gè)部門環(huán)節(jié)。企業(yè)為了有效地控制產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈資源往往采取向上下游延伸的縱向關(guān)聯(lián)模式,基于產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈縱向關(guān)聯(lián)的發(fā)展成為企業(yè)管理者與產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)關(guān)注的重點(diǎn)。然而,以往的研究對于特定產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的研究缺乏深度和力度,對于占國民經(jīng)濟(jì)重要主導(dǎo)地位的工業(yè)制造業(yè)等產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的系統(tǒng)和實(shí)證研究較少,尤其缺少在動(dòng)態(tài)環(huán)境下對特定產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈縱向關(guān)聯(lián)演進(jìn)機(jī)制的專門探討。 工程機(jī)械是制造業(yè)的重要組成部分,是國家工業(yè)化道路的必要支撐和國家軍工裝備的發(fā)展基礎(chǔ)。發(fā)展湖南工程機(jī)械產(chǎn)業(yè)對促進(jìn)湖南經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展具有重要意義。論文基于工程機(jī)械業(yè)制造工藝復(fù)雜、進(jìn)口件采購周期較長、要求連續(xù)作業(yè)、銷售過程管理復(fù)雜等主要特征,從交易費(fèi)用、資源基礎(chǔ)、協(xié)同效應(yīng)視角,分析打造工程機(jī)械縱向產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的動(dòng)因,認(rèn)為打造工程機(jī)械縱向產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈有利于實(shí)現(xiàn)次序經(jīng)濟(jì),節(jié)約交易費(fèi)用,共享無形資產(chǎn),互補(bǔ)生產(chǎn)要素,產(chǎn)生經(jīng)營協(xié)同效應(yīng)。然后,進(jìn)一步分析工程機(jī)械企業(yè)建立縱向關(guān)聯(lián)鏈的適宜方式。考慮影響縱向關(guān)聯(lián)方式選擇的主要因素,如產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈發(fā)展的外部環(huán)境制約、企業(yè)的自身能力及內(nèi)在利益追求等因素的力量大小,以及工程機(jī)械產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈各環(huán)節(jié)的特點(diǎn),指出構(gòu)建工程機(jī)械產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的縱向關(guān)聯(lián)應(yīng)采取綜合的方式,對主機(jī)研制、關(guān)鍵零部件研制的產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)選擇兼并收購或戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟的關(guān)聯(lián)方式,將技術(shù)和資源緊密地整合;對于主導(dǎo)環(huán)節(jié)上的資源采取自建、并購或是企業(yè)集團(tuán)的方式建立緊密關(guān)聯(lián);對配套環(huán)節(jié)的資源宜采取松散地關(guān)聯(lián),如參股或隱含契約。其次,通過實(shí)證分析湖南省工程機(jī)械業(yè)與上下游各產(chǎn)業(yè)的關(guān)聯(lián)度,找出影響湖南省工程機(jī)械業(yè)發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié),并結(jié)合案例分析湖南省工程機(jī)械主導(dǎo)企業(yè)之一——中聯(lián)重科構(gòu)建縱向產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的具體行為、效益及面臨的主要問題與障礙。基于此,提出湖南省應(yīng)該以產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈為紐帶,增強(qiáng)主導(dǎo)企業(yè)對工程機(jī)械產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的帶動(dòng)能力,提升省內(nèi)配套能力,突破零部件瓶頸,加快技術(shù)創(chuàng)新與研發(fā),逐步控制產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié),打造一條清晰、完整、競爭力強(qiáng)的工程機(jī)械產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈。
[Abstract]:The continuous refinement of division of labor and the increasingly fierce competition have strengthened the interrelation between industries and various sectors of the industry, and the competition is no longer confined to the competition of "points" among enterprises. In order to effectively control the resources of the industrial chain, enterprises often adopt the vertical association model extending upstream and downstream. The development based on the vertical linkage of industrial chain has become the focus of enterprise managers and industrial economics. However, the previous studies on specific industrial chains lack of depth and strength. There are few systematic and empirical studies on the industrial chains such as industrial manufacturing which occupy an important role in the national economy, especially in the dynamic environment, there is a lack of special discussion on the evolution mechanism of vertical association of specific industrial chains. Construction machinery is an important part of manufacturing industry. It is the necessary support of the national industrialization road and the development foundation of the national military equipment. The development of Hunan construction machinery industry is of great significance to promote the economic development of Hunan. The thesis is based on the complex manufacturing technology of the construction machinery industry. Import parts procurement cycle is longer, require continuous operation, sales process management complex and other main characteristics, from the transaction costs, resource basis, synergy effect perspective, analysis of the construction machinery vertical industrial chain. It is considered that creating vertical industrial chain of construction machinery is conducive to realizing order economy, saving transaction cost, sharing intangible assets, complementing production factors and producing operation synergy. Further analysis of the construction machinery enterprises to establish the appropriate way of vertical linkage chain. Consider the main factors affecting the choice of vertical association mode, such as the external environment constraints of industrial chain development. This paper points out that the vertical association of construction machinery industry chain should adopt a comprehensive way to develop the main engine. The strength of the factors such as the ability of the enterprise itself and the pursuit of internal interests, as well as the characteristics of each link of the construction machinery industry chain, should be adopted. The key link of the industry chain of the development of key parts and components is to choose the related mode of merger and acquisition or strategic alliance, and to integrate technology and resources closely; For the leading links of the resources to build themselves, mergers and acquisitions or enterprise groups to establish a close relationship; The resources of supporting links should be loosely related, such as equity participation or implied contract. Secondly, through empirical analysis of Hunan Province construction machinery industry and upstream and downstream industries. Find out the key links that affect the development of construction machinery industry in Hunan Province, and analyze the concrete behavior of constructing vertical industrial chain by Zhonglian heavy Branch, one of the leading enterprises of construction machinery in Hunan Province. Based on this, Hunan Province should take the industrial chain as the link, strengthen the leading enterprises' driving ability to the construction machinery industry chain, enhance the supporting capacity in the province, and break through the bottleneck of the parts and components. Speed up technology innovation and R & D, gradually control the key links of the industrial chain, create a clear, complete, competitive construction machinery industry chain.
