【摘要】:齒輪傳動(dòng)型風(fēng)力發(fā)電機(jī)組機(jī)械故障診斷和狀態(tài)監(jiān)測(cè)技術(shù)中存在的突出問(wèn)題:故障風(fēng)電機(jī)組現(xiàn)場(chǎng)測(cè)試條件嚴(yán)苛(溫度,噪音,電磁干擾,高度),齒輪傳動(dòng)型(行星齒輪)風(fēng)電機(jī)組振動(dòng)測(cè)試難度大、準(zhǔn)確性差,嚴(yán)重制約了風(fēng)電機(jī)組機(jī)械故障診斷技術(shù)的深入和廣泛研究,也影響了風(fēng)電機(jī)組狀態(tài)監(jiān)測(cè)技術(shù)的發(fā)展和應(yīng)用。 本文以750KW風(fēng)電機(jī)組齒輪箱為研究對(duì)象,對(duì)風(fēng)電齒輪箱系統(tǒng)振動(dòng)產(chǎn)生的原因進(jìn)行了基礎(chǔ)的理論分析,并建立了其傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)的振動(dòng)參數(shù)方程,利用MATLAB軟件進(jìn)行仿真計(jì)算,初步了解了風(fēng)電齒輪箱傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)的振動(dòng)特性,另外利用UG三維制圖軟件建立了750KW風(fēng)電機(jī)齒輪箱的三維實(shí)體模型,以及在ADAMS動(dòng)態(tài)仿真軟件中建立了其仿真模型,在此三維齒輪箱模型的基礎(chǔ)上,綜合運(yùn)用Adams動(dòng)力學(xué)仿真軟件,對(duì)齒輪傳動(dòng)情況進(jìn)行了運(yùn)動(dòng)學(xué)分析和振動(dòng)分析,分別繪制出了風(fēng)電機(jī)齒輪箱各主要齒輪和軸的轉(zhuǎn)速變化曲線(xiàn),以及各個(gè)齒輪在傳動(dòng)過(guò)程中所受的嚙合力的變化曲線(xiàn)并加以分析,以及利用ADAMS的振動(dòng)分析模塊對(duì)齒輪箱狀態(tài)監(jiān)測(cè)常用的測(cè)點(diǎn)進(jìn)行初步的振動(dòng)分析,初步得出了齒輪箱輸出軸的振動(dòng)響應(yīng)特性,為風(fēng)電機(jī)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)故障監(jiān)測(cè)和診測(cè)時(shí)測(cè)點(diǎn)的選擇提供了一些直接的參考資料。
[Abstract]:Problems of gear drive type wind turbine mechanical condition monitoring and fault diagnosis technology of fault: wind turbine field test of harsh conditions (temperature, noise, electromagnetic interference, height), gear type (planetary gear) wind turbine vibration testing is difficult, the accuracy is poor, severely restrict the wind turbine mechanical failure the diagnosis technology in-depth and extensive research, also affected the development and application of wind turbine condition monitoring technology.
In this paper, 750KW wind turbine gearbox as the research object, the wind vibration of gear system has been analyzed based on the theory, and established the equation of vibration parameters of the transmission system, simulation calculation was carried out by MATLAB software, a preliminary understanding of the wind power gear box transmission system vibration characteristics, 3D model in addition to the establishment of 750KW wind turbine gear box using UG software, and the ADAMS dynamic simulation software to establish the simulation model, based on the 3D model of gear box, the integrated use of Adams dynamic simulation software of gear transmission is analyzed and the kinematics analysis of vibration, the speed curves were drawn the main gear box of wind motor gear and shaft, and the curve of each gear in the transmission process of the meshing force and analyze the vibration and the use of ADAMS The initial vibration analysis of the common measuring points for gearbox condition monitoring is carried out by the analysis module, and the vibration response characteristics of the output shaft of the gearbox are preliminarily obtained, which provides some direct reference materials for the field fault monitoring and the selection of measuring points for the wind turbine.
