【摘要】：中國電梯市場作為全球最大的電梯市場容納了幾乎全球的跨國電梯企業(yè)和國內(nèi)電梯企業(yè)，隨著房地產(chǎn)行業(yè)的頹敗之勢，使得電梯市場的競爭達(dá)到了白熱化階段。企業(yè)只有快速的生產(chǎn)出高質(zhì)量的、能夠滿足用戶需求的產(chǎn)品，才能在電梯市場占有一席之地。本文以O(shè)RAC公司產(chǎn)品設(shè)計流程為研究對象，通過運用并行工程理論，實現(xiàn)業(yè)務(wù)流程再造，提高企業(yè)的競爭力。 本文充分闡述了并行工程，流程再造，以及基于項目管理的組織結(jié)構(gòu)相關(guān)理念與理論方法，經(jīng)過實地調(diào)研對ORAC公司產(chǎn)品設(shè)計流程特征進行了詳細(xì)分析，對公司客戶與分公司，分公司與技術(shù)部之間以及技術(shù)部內(nèi)部信息傳遞的業(yè)務(wù)流程存在的問題進行分析。利用并行工程的相關(guān)理論解決問題，建立項目團隊，對公司的組織結(jié)構(gòu)進行優(yōu)化；通過流程的重新設(shè)計，對產(chǎn)品設(shè)計流程進行再造，，提出了適合公司現(xiàn)狀的新的流程方案，最后對新的流程進行了評價。
[Abstract]:As the largest elevator market in the world, China Elevator Market accommodates almost global multinational elevator enterprises and domestic elevator enterprises, with the declining trend of the real estate industry. The elevator market competition has reached a white-hot stage. Enterprises only quickly produce high-quality products that can meet the needs of users. This paper takes the product design process of ORAC Company as the research object, realizes the business process reengineering by using the concurrent engineering theory, and improves the competitiveness of the enterprise. This paper fully describes the concurrent engineering, process reengineering, as well as the related concepts and theoretical methods of organization structure based on project management. Through field investigation, the characteristics of ORAC product design process are analyzed in detail. Analyze the problems existing in the business process of information transmission between the customer and the branch, the branch and the technical department, and establish the project team by using the related theory of concurrent engineering. Optimize the organizational structure of the company; Through the redesign of the process, the product design process is redesigned, and a new process scheme suitable for the current situation of the company is put forward. Finally, the new process is evaluated.
