【摘要】:航天機構工作在溫差大、高真空和高輻射的空間環(huán)境中,其運行狀態(tài)和受力情況都會受到影響。本文以空間站大型機械臂的輸出關節(jié)為研究對象,突破了以往在單一條件下的分析。重點研究交變溫度、轉動速度、載荷大小三個因素耦合作用下,關節(jié)處軸承的間隙演化規(guī)律,防止間隙過大或過小導致軸承發(fā)生故障,確保空間關節(jié)的安全可靠性,,從而達到減少航天機構發(fā)生故障的概率。本文的主要研究內容如下: 首先,針對空間機械臂輸出關節(jié)選用的軸承,分析其內部幾何關系,結合赫茲接觸理論對軸承幾何參數進行計算,求出徑向、軸向載荷作用下鋼球的載荷分布及接觸參數值; 其次,進行空間機械臂軸承的受力特性分析,計算出軸承所能承載的最大軸向載荷;趥鹘y(tǒng)的赫茲接觸理論和有限元軟件ANSYS Workbench對軸向載荷作用下的軸承進行分析,得到軸承間隙的變化規(guī)律,并將兩者進行對比驗證; 再次,結合軸承的工作環(huán)境,通過傳熱理論確定傳熱方式,基于摩擦生熱計算出熱載荷,并施加在有限元模型上,利用ANSYS Workbench求出軸承溫度場分布。而且分別研究了軸承溫度場隨交變溫度、轉速和載荷大小三因素的變化趨勢; 最后,在已知軸承溫度場分布的基礎上,利用ANSYS Workbench軟件對軸承進行熱應力耦合分析,最終得到不同環(huán)境溫度、不同軸承運轉速度和不同工作載荷時軸承的間隙演化規(guī)律。
[Abstract]:In the space environment with large temperature difference, high vacuum and high radiation, the operating state and the force condition of the spaceflight mechanism will be affected. In this paper, the output joint of the large manipulator of the space station is taken as the research object. It breaks through the previous analysis under a single condition and focuses on the law of the clearance evolution of the joint bearing under the coupling of three factors: alternating temperature rotation speed and load. The main contents of this paper are as follows: (1) to prevent the bearing failure caused by too large or too small clearance and to ensure the safety and reliability of the space joint so as to reduce the probability of the spaceflight mechanism failure. First of all, aiming at the bearing selected by the output joint of the space manipulator, the internal geometric relationship is analyzed, and the geometric parameters of the bearing are calculated by combining with Hertz contact theory, and the radial direction is obtained. The load distribution and contact parameters of steel ball under axial load; Secondly, the mechanical characteristics of space mechanical arm bearing are analyzed. Based on the traditional Hertz contact theory and finite element software ANSYS Workbench, the bearing under axial load is analyzed. The change law of bearing clearance is obtained, and the two are compared and verified. Thirdly, combined with the working environment of the bearing, the heat transfer mode is determined by the heat transfer theory, and the thermal load is calculated based on the friction heat generation, and applied to the finite element model. The distribution of bearing temperature field is obtained by ANSYS Workbench, and the variation trend of bearing temperature field with alternating temperature, rotational speed and load is studied respectively. Finally, on the basis of known temperature field distribution of bearing, the thermal stress coupling analysis of bearing is carried out by using ANSYS Workbench software, and finally different ambient temperatures are obtained. The clearance evolution law of bearing with different operating speed and load.
