【摘要】:隨著全球市場經(jīng)濟(jì)的飛速發(fā)展,各個行業(yè)的競爭也越演越烈,而客戶對產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的要求也越來越高。作為企業(yè),要想在這樣的市場環(huán)境中求得生存,就要不斷的改革創(chuàng)新,降低生產(chǎn)成本,提高工作效率,保證產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量。因此,各個企業(yè)為了提高自身的競爭力,,不斷的進(jìn)行嘗試探索,試圖將目前最新的科學(xué)技術(shù)與自身的生產(chǎn)相結(jié)合,從中找出快捷高效的生產(chǎn)方式,使企業(yè)自身在激烈的市場競爭中立于不敗之地。而相對于機(jī)械行業(yè)也面臨著同樣的問題。 在機(jī)械行業(yè)中實(shí)現(xiàn)生產(chǎn)自動化是目前很多企業(yè)所追求的降低成產(chǎn)成本,提高生產(chǎn)效率的主要方法。當(dāng)前計算機(jī)通信技術(shù)以及微電子等技術(shù)的發(fā)展為實(shí)現(xiàn)生產(chǎn)自動化奠定了良好的基礎(chǔ)。相應(yīng)的也出現(xiàn)了計算機(jī)集成制造(CIMS),ERP等生產(chǎn)管理模式。本論文就是結(jié)合相應(yīng)的計算機(jī)技術(shù),數(shù)控加工技術(shù)以及PLC控制技術(shù)等技術(shù)手段,設(shè)計了法蘭自動加工生產(chǎn)線,來實(shí)現(xiàn)法蘭生產(chǎn)加工的自動化,避免了目前一些加工手段的弊端,使得整個加工過程高效智能。 根據(jù)本課題所設(shè)計的自動加工生產(chǎn)線的功能,本論文主要完成以下幾點(diǎn)內(nèi)容: (1)結(jié)合成組技術(shù)以及CAPP技術(shù),分析法蘭的結(jié)構(gòu)和加工工藝,總結(jié)出法蘭在結(jié)構(gòu)和工藝上的共同點(diǎn),為數(shù)控編程做好相應(yīng)的工藝規(guī)程。 (2)根據(jù)法蘭的結(jié)構(gòu)和加工工藝,利用數(shù)控宏程序的編程方法編寫出適合所有法蘭加工的數(shù)控加工程序。 (3)利用數(shù)據(jù)庫以及C++等技術(shù),將從法蘭信息數(shù)據(jù)庫中查出的法蘭信息導(dǎo)出,供法蘭數(shù)控加工程序應(yīng)用。 (4)分析法蘭自動加工生產(chǎn)線上的點(diǎn)位控制工藝并利用PLC編程控制技術(shù)編寫生產(chǎn)線的控制程序。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the global market economy, the competition in various industries is becoming more and more intense, and the customer's demand for product quality is becoming higher and higher. As an enterprise, it wants to survive in such a market environment. It is necessary to constantly reform and innovate, reduce production costs, improve work efficiency, and ensure product quality. Therefore, in order to improve their competitiveness, the various enterprises continue to try and explore. Try to combine the latest science and technology with their own production, and find out the fast and efficient mode of production. Make the enterprise in the fierce market competition in an invincible position, and the machinery industry is also facing the same problem. Realizing production automation in machinery industry is the aim of many enterprises to reduce the cost of production. The main methods to improve production efficiency. The development of computer communication technology and microelectronics technology has laid a good foundation for the realization of production automation. ERP and other production management mode. This paper combines the corresponding computer technology, NC machining technology, PLC control technology and other technical means, designed the flange automatic processing line. To realize the automation of flange production and processing, to avoid the disadvantages of some processing methods and to make the whole machining process efficient and intelligent. According to the function of the automatic processing line designed by this subject, this paper mainly completes the following contents: 1) combined with group technology and CAPP technology, the structure and processing technology of flange are analyzed, and the common points of structure and process of flange are summarized, and the corresponding process rules are made for NC programming. According to the structure and processing technology of flange, the NC machining program suitable for all flange machining is compiled by using the programming method of NC macro program. Using database and C technology, the flange information found in the flange information database is derived for the application of flange NC machining program. The point position control technology on the flange automatic processing line is analyzed and the control program of the production line is compiled by using the PLC programming control technology.
